The version of If I Should Fall Behind where Clarence plays and sings was our wedding song, and I've been a devoted E Street disciple since the early 80s. When the stroke happened earlier in the week, I had a bad feeling about it. I knew at the very least that we would never see him live again. But when I heard the news tonight, it hurt pretty badly.
