I dunno what Cartoon Network is hyping right now (because I don't get it anymore), but for importance's sake, it couldn't hurt to replace the next week's programming with Chuck Jones stuff.

Looking at IMDB's list of stuff he's directed alone Click Here makes me think such a thing is possible.

And, for even more, a Onion interview Click Here

Boy, what horrible news to hear first thing in the AM.

Listing all the great Chuck Jones cartoons would fill up the board.

"Will you SHUT UP? I haven't written a word in a year -nothing I haven't thrown out in years! Do you know what that's like? When it's just you and a blank sheet of paper? When you can't think of a SINGLE thing worth saying, a single character that people could believe in, a single story that hasn't been told a thousand times before!" -- Richard Modoc, "Calliope," Sandman 17, Neil Gaiman.

Sometimes a film comes along that makes you look inside yourself for answers due to it's introspectiveness. Eternal Sunshine is one of those films. It's funny without being silly. It's heartfelt without being sappy. It's poignant without being preachy.
