Sad to hear of the passing this morning of WWE HOF'er Chief Jay Strongbow, a beloved member of WWE family. RIP Chief.

As I grew up in the Mid-Atlantic territory, Native Americans were the east coast equivalent of Samoans in the WWF: tough as hell, strong as hell, and not scared of bleeding.

Strongbow was one of the first names name I recognized on weekly TV, and "Chief Jay Strongbow" is about as perfect a collection of wrestling syllables as you can ask for.

Had no idea he was still alive. Good to see a wrestler surprise you by how long the live.

Don't know much about Strongbow other than the Tatanka head dress angle. When I was a kid, Wahoo was the big Indian wrestler.

Flair really needs to pull it together when he's on television though. I don't know if he can do the coolest guy in the room deal anymore, but he has to at least channel Bobby Heenan and seem like the shrewdest.
