I was just about to post this. As far as Richard Simmons' fighting, I don't think anyone would be suprised to read that he chooses to slap. My guess is that he couldn't get close enough to bite or scratch.
I don't use water in chili... ever. Cheap beer works great, and the alcohol helps the meat take on the flavor. I've been using MGD lately Of course, it's all a matter of taste, and I like mine to have the consistency of roofing tar.
