on byte this Jim Ross mentioned he is trying to wrap up a deal to bring back Jeff Hardy. He stated " jeff hardy belongs in WWE." Sounded as if he hopes to wrap up a deal soon!

Renegade Raine says:

He's too busy with his juice bar in Mexico to wrestle *points to sig*.

I really, really, really hope that Jeff doesn't come back to wrestling. Not only will I have to endure all the fangirls on the other wrestling board I go to saying "omg, jeff iz liek SOOOOOOO hott!!111", but I'll also have to endure watching one of his matches...I'm not quite sure which one is worse.

Proof of Jeff Hardy not coming back to wrestling...he's running a juice bar in Mexico.

Wouldn't bringing in talent (used loosely for Jeff Hardy) be Johnny Ace's job at this point?

Jim Ross said this is his last act as VP of Talent Relations. After he resigns Jeff, he will go to his new job. At least now, Lita wont blow the most spots on RAW.

Supposedly, it's one of the final things JR wants to wrap up before turning over duties to JR. Considering bringing in Brian Lawler was another thing JR accomplished before turning over his duties, I *really really really* hope someone just steps in and says "that's it, you've done enough" before this deal gets done (if it is legit). And last we heard, wasn't Jeff happy working on his music, and not looking to get back into wrestling?

On top of JR bringing in Lawler (and possibly Jeffy), one of the rumors is that Ace will be letting some people go once he takes over, which really doesn't make sense. Why have JR bring in 2 wastes of space, only to have Ace let guys go who could be productive?

Let's see: Nathan Jones, Heidenreich, Lawler, Kenzo Suzuki, possibly bringing back Hardy, letting Kanyon go, forcing Spanky to ask for his release. Gee, thanks, JR.

I would just like to say that if it weren't for the Almost Live MXC special being on right now, that would be the Single Greatest Thing Ever.

As far as Jeffrey, so long as he has his shit together, it'd be nice to have him on. However, as we are talking about Jeff Hardy, not gonna happen.

"Let's see: Nathan Jones, Heidenreich, Lawler, Kenzo Suzuki, possibly bringing back Hardy, letting Kanyon go, forcing Spanky to ask for his release. Gee, thanks, JR."

Nathan Jones was a Vince project. JR signed up Heidenreich but it was creative who brought him up too early. The same goes for Matt Morgan. Lawler was probably done as a favour to Jerry but they were never going to release him before the border incident anyways.

Creative had nothing for Kanyon and did nothing with him. He was making more then the other people they do NOTHING with. What's JR supposed to do? Keep around a pricey guy who the company will do nothing with?

How the fuck did he force Spanky to leave? He HIRED Spanky. Again, it was creative that didn't do a thing with Spanky and shattered his dreams, not Ross.

"God forbid you go after AJ Styles or Abyss. You know, someone GOOD."

He did go after AJ Styles before he was a star but AJ didn't want to move to Louisville. The Jarrett's signed up AJ to a secure deal after like the second TNA show.

Abyss is under a TNA deal too and he'd just wind up like A-Train. A decently talented big guy who just ain't all that big or special in the Land of the Giants.

JR's made some bad moves as head of talent relations but don't blame him for shit that wasn't his fault.

How hard is it to find a role for a guy who: bumps good, has "cool" moves, is comfortable on the mic, can do comedy, and never had a problem in the lockerroom? He's the perfect WWE midcarder. Tag team, comedy jobber - it's not hard to come up w/ something for him.

OK, creative is probably more to blame than JR for some of those names, but as head of personnel, I would think JR has a bit of influence on talent decisions for guys under contract.

Anyway, another minus for hiring Hardy - aren't they trying to get away from matches consisting of nothing but spots? Going with a slower style, make the moves count, and build a match? How does Jeff fit in with that style?

If WWE got AJ Styles they would totaly ruin him. He would be jobbing to Bradshaw and Kane because his is small and they are big. Abyss could be a good pickup untill creative runs out of steam and then puts him in a wacky tag team with Tajiri.

P.S. Jeff Hardy sucks

He also failed 3 drug tests while with the WWE perviously

Johnny Ace?

Jeff has a juice bar?

What about Lawler? Has he finally been fired?

I've missed so much in the past month. I'd like Jeff to come back, only if he is at %100 physically. Focused on wrestling mainly. I'd hate for him to risk his life for a crappy company he isn't really into anymore.

P.S. Jeff doesn't suck.

You know that I, being a Matt Hardy fan, have to sound off on this:

Fine, bring Jeff back if he's got his shit together. But put him on SmackDown or, at the very least, keep him the fuck away from Matt.

No. Reform the Hardy Boyz. At least Jeff's problems could be hidden then and Matt could actually do something.

I'm all for a Jeff Hardy comeback. Three years ago you Jeff Hardy haters were tripping over yourselves with nothing but praise and kind words such as he is the next HBK. He slipped a bit but he had problems. If he's got his shit together then bring the motherfucker back. I'd like him to go on the opposite show of Matt, but since Matt's character is wasted and is a face now why not put them back together. I will love the Hardy's, you will love the Hardy's, we will love the Hardy's together.

Iīd like to see Jeff back in WWE!

Although heīs still very young he already had so many great and classic matches like the first ever tag team ladder match, tlc1 or the matches with RVD!

I (still) think he could make it in this sport and become a great one!

IF - and thatīs a BIG IF - he is and stays clean!

NO Hardys comeback, please! It isnīt 99 or 00 anymore!

Oh for pete's sakes people. Do we really have to rip Jeff to shreds before we even see what sort of shape he's got himself into? It wasn't that long ago that many of you were lavishing praise upon him while taking the piss out of the 'inferior' Matt Hardy.

Yes Jeff sucked pretty royally toward the end of his time with the company previously, but the guy had some pretty serious shit going on which he was having to work through in the public eye. I'm not trying to take the moral high ground here, god knows I enjoyed poking fun at his weekly spot blowing antics. But if theres anyone can look at the current roster and tell me they can't find any evidence to show someone can recover from drug addiction to have a successful career in the WWE, then I would suggest that person is a pillock.

At his peak Jeff looked like by far one of the most promising stars in recent years. He had an exceptionally devoted fan base which was not, contrary to common belief restricted to teenage girls. I've seen way more Hardy Boys T's being sported by young males in this country than I have T-Shirts of almost any other wrestler/faction (save Stone Cold and DX probably).

Good lord would you give it up already about Kanyon? The Hardygrrlz got over their loss quicker
Like it or not, Jeff has probably sold more merchandise in a month than Kanyon sold in his entire career. He attracts a fan base that otherwise wouldn't give a damn about wrestling and, if he's back to anything approaching his best, he can put on some really good matches.

As for the clash in styles? There's nothing wrong with having one generic style for the most part and having the odd wrestler or 2 who breaks from that. It keeps the product fresh and has the potential to attract a wider fan base.

There is no tag division on either show, so having team extreme back is a good idea. They need the Hardy Boyz to at least give the impression of a division in the first place ie the Dudley Boyz on Smackdown. Jeff's career went downhill as soon as he lost the ladder match against Taker on Raw two years ago. It was fairly clear that was the only push Jeff was ever going to see and they once again put the older guy over. I too would have lost interest in the product considering the amount of damage he has done to his body in his relatively short time with the WWE.

Jeff gets a great response, his stuff sells well and has a good moveset. His mic and some basic in ring stuff needs work, but all in all, he can be a great assest to the company. They already have lost Rock, Austin, Brock, Goldberg, HHH is going to hopefully be doing a movie soon, Mick and Taker are part time at best. Jeff wouldn't plug the hole, but he could help. Its not like getting some tired old wrestler like Savage or Hogan, Jeff is young and has potential. I say bring him on board.

You guys are correct, there were two Taker vids and an Edge and Matt Hardy one. But i do believe there where only 2 current superstar Desire videos one in October and One in November 01 that was a bit longer.
