I'm already in trouble for buying Rock Band 3 (+ keyboard) next week, so there's no way I'm going be able to plunk down another $60 the following week for DCU Online.

I've never really been intrigued enough to rent one before , so my question is, if you rent a MMORPG, do you have to sign up for a subscription to the game?

I ... don't see how this could be feasible.

Not only this, but several MMO companies will force you to not only buy the game, but get a subscription on top of it. With Aion I bought the game, then I had to put in either a credit card or time card as well.

The game has been delayed until 2011, so you don't have to worry about it.

For MMORPG's, you *have* to buy the game, register an account (they all come with a key), then you usually get a free month. After that, you pay a monthly fee. So you can't rent them, as you need that key to register, they are one use.

In my humble opinion: for basketball: NBA Live 2003. good enough graphics, but it's the little things that make it good. for instance, you control the players with the joysticks, which makes it easier to handle movement.
