Colby's father said his son was briefly knocked unconscious, but was able to compete in a later match.

It's just too bad he doesn't care at all about teaching a lesson to his *own* friggin' son in the first place.

Welcome to the new generation of parenting.
My dad is on the school board at my (former) High School, and its amazing how many parents would rather argue with the Board over their kid getting suspended from sports for drinking or having pot, rather than actually discipline their kid.
Sorry for the tangent- it's a pet peeve of mine. Back on topic- I've read that Reid has a pretty good chance at becoming a decent wrestler- well, better than his brother anyway.

Depending on what happened, maybe Reid needs to get tougher about having a famous dad... maybe not -- but unfortunately, it looks like he should have tackled the idiot father here.

"Colby didn't have the right to do the shuffle. That was very un-sportsmanlike," Harden said of his son. "I won't tell you wrong, Colby is a hothead."
So he admits that his son was in the wrong, and still files a criminal charge against Reid to "teach (him) a lesson".
What a jerk. I get the impression that he did it in hopes of getting either local fame, money from the Nature Boy, or both.
