Community - Regional Holiday MusicalIf Community is going on a forced hiatus for a while, they ended on a strong note. Everyone hit on all cylinders. I can;t even believe this show may not be around next year.

Amen Justin. Where I work I also get the West Coast feed so I watched at 8 EST, worked until 11 pm and then watched the West Coast feed. I am really going to miss this show and will relish the last episodes they run next Spring. I just hope the send off is epic.
The Xmas episodes of Office and Parks & Recreation were also great, so it was a banner night for NBC comedy Thursday. (Pretend Whitney doesn't exist.)
There's a YouTube clip from a few years ago of Alison Brie singing 'Santa Baby' in the traditionally sexy way while basically that same outfit. Welp, that's ruined forever.
"It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball
I really feel like nothing encapsulates this show better than its entirely one-sided feud with Glee. Some quality barbs in this episode, and I absolutely cannot figure out if Troy, Pierce, or Annie's song was my favorite. Or maybe Britta's.
Meh, it was okay but unlike most of this season it really didn't do much no that's bullshit I've watched it, like, three times today at work on Hulu and I'm totally going to put all the songs on my iPod because GOOD DAMN. It just gets better every time.

Scroll through communitythings.tumblr.com for a bit and you'll find a link to download all the songs. I just listened to all of them again.

"Missletoe for eaty taste good?"
It's one of the funniest things I've ever by god seen in this earthly realm. I am still laughing, out loud, a day and who knows how many listens later.
"you smarty, me dumb / help pwetty have fun boop be doop be doop boop, sex" is incredible, it distills and satirizes not just that song style but, like, the entirety of societal treatment of gender in three perfect lines. She's a silly Christmas baby!
I've been consistently watching Idol now since it started, and it's official: I've turned on it. I've been bored before, but this is a whole new sense of vengeance I feel. Tim Urban is my final Sanjaya.
