The page is still there, you just don't have a link to it in your profile anymore:
http://the-w.com/referrals.php/profile=
With the user id number plugged in at the end. For example, mine would be:
http://the-w.com/referrals.php/profile=48
and yours would be:
http://the-w.com/referrals.php/profile=208

(Yes, DJ Ran once had a link to a picture of his then-current celebrity crush in his signature, and Google Images latched onto it as only they can, even though he's long since changed celebrity crushes SINCE then. Yes, he's nearing 20,000 referrals to his profile page pretty much based on "Anne Hathaway" Google Images searches. No, you don't need to see all 20,000 of them, especially at the same time that everyone else is trying to see all 20,000 of them.)
The next time someone makes a "hey, let's all click on this link at the same time and see how slow we can make the server" post, I will consider that an attempt at a Denial of Service attack and place the appropriate ban on the account after deleting the post. Use your BRAIN...if indeed you have one.

I know I'm bringing back an older thread (sorry)...but I just looked at the referrals again.
The fact that there is a referral means that not only did a search engine come up with a reference to "the-w.com", but someone had to actually follow it, correct?
That being said I can see how some end up there...for instance "my.yahoo.com" is easy. Someone (me for example) has The W as one of their links on their personalized page.
But other links mystify me as to WHY would anyone click through to here...based on what they were searching for? You do get to see snippets of what you're heading for in most search engines...
That being said...I like the feature, it's worth a few chuckles every day to see what is bringing folks here.
edit---I need a thesaurus. I say "that being said" WAY too much!
