I'd keep it simple and trade Rob Van Dam for Undertaker. Since Shane has apparently been given RVD's spot feuding with Kane, he's got nothing to do now. Undertaker would also add an extra dimension to the Kane storyline. Since that's the hottest thing on Raw in a long time they should do whatever they can to get the most out of it.
Jericho Storm Helms Christian Booker T Goldust RVD
APA Billy Gunn Bill DeMott Big Show Undertaker Nathan Jones Mark Henry
Monday night becomes the muscle-bound ballet/ECW holdovers show, while the technical/cruiserweights hold court on Thursday. It also furthers the brand extension by showcasing two distinct 'styles' of wrestling.
BTW, anybody else notice that DeMott, Jones, Henry, and Rikishi were absent from the barroom brawl?

Nathan Jones has been off tv forever and i'm pretty sure is in (or about to go to) OVW to refine his training. I doubt they would bring him back up with no reasoning just to add another name to the brawl. Mark Henry's still recovering from a leg injury, Rikishi's recovering from eye surgery, and DeMott...no idea.
Raw to Smackdown: Lance Storm Hurricane Booker T. RVD
Smackdown to Raw: Undetaker A-Train Billy Gunn
Lance could get some good technical matches, Hurricane can be a cruiser or US title contender, ditto with Booker and RVD with the US and possibly WWE titles.
Taker could join the Kane situation. I think i'd rather see A-Train than Kevin Nash. And Billy=another win for Goldberg.
I've been saying this since the day the brands were split... trade all the cruiserweights on SmackDown (save for Chavo... Eddie and M.Hardy really aren't cruiserweights) for all the women WRESTLERS on RAW (along with Teddy Long & Rodney Mack...with Jazz and Steven Richards...with Victoria and Rico...with Miss Jackie).
Also, Johnny Stamboli and Chuck Palumbo would come along to RAW w/ Nunzio.
And Funaki would be the #1 RAW announcer, which we would never know because he wouldn't be able to say the word...RAW.
Let's face it SmackDown has some of the top heavyweight WRESTLERS in the industry...Angle,Lesnar,Benoit,Guerrero, Best Damn Tag Team Period. They also have other heavyweights that can go such as M.Hardy,Kanyon(if God forbid he were utilized),Rhyno, Basham Bros,Hardcore Holly, etc. Shouldn't forget the guy that could be the Next Big Thing...John Cena. I remember reading someone suggesting he should have a rap battle with Eminem or someone of that stature to get him over huge. Kind of like how the media attention that Tyson brought turned more people onto WWE, and therefore they were able to catch the antics of Stone Cold and then wanted to see what he was up to every week.
Also, to further even out the loss of all the men's wrestlers on SmackDown (cruiserweights) you should also add the tag team of Regal Storm(RAW already has La Resistance...don't need another anti-American team) and Val Venis(most of the women would be on SmackDown and he has no storyline w/out women).
Add Hugh Morrus to RAW due to SmackDown having a lot of Big Men.
Most of the ladies of SmackDown would go to RAW since they are mostly eye candy and are associated with or should be associated with some of the cruiserweights. Nidia-Jamie Noble, Torrie-Billy Kidman, Dawn Marie-F.B.I. Add Sable to that list as well. She could be positioned w/ Test or as Steiner's #1 freak(if he were ever allowed to play the role he does best...a heel). Or maybe even better yet she could manipulate Kane and use him as her personal tool of destruction.
Stacy would remain on RAW due to not being a wrestler and serving mostly as eye candy.
The most important thing to change is the work rate differential between the two brands. With SmackDown having the cruiserweights and the best heavyweight Wrestlers, RAW can't compete in the ring. Sure the storylines have been coming together nicely, but the great matches are few and far between. Meanwhile SmackDown puts on great matches every week without even trying. This has to change. It's been over a year and the brand extension faces the same exact problems it has had since day one.
The other important thing is for RAW to acquire a young, top face. And I can't think of anyone better than Edge. To make up for this SmackDown should get two wrestlers that are tweeners in regard to their weight class(can wrestle as cruisers or heavyweights)...Christian and Hurricane.
RAW would get the top face they desperately need to unseat HHH as World Champ (I hear Summer Slam '04 might be in Toronto) and SmackDown gains more guys that can get it done in the ring to make up for the loss of the cruiserweights.
And one final note...Tag Teams
SmackDown: BDTTP,APA,Los Guerreros,Regal Storm,Playaz Club(Rodney Mack & Orlando Jordan managed by Teddy Long and Jazz),Basham Bros.(they should put on leather, dominatrix masks mid-match like the Killer Bees used to do except this time it would make sense because the Bashams are supposed to cheat due to being heels...also I think Doug wore a similar mask when he was the Machine in OVW).
RAW: Dudleyz,F.B.I.,La Resistance,Lords of The Ring(Rob Conway and Nick Dinsmore),Natural Born Thrillaz(Sean O'Haire and Mark Jindrak).
Some of the younger wrestlers would benefit from being in Tag Teams due to not having to carry an entire match themselves. If Mack,Jordan,Doug,Danny,Palumbo,Stamboli, Grenier,Dupree,Conway,Dinsmore,O'Haire,and/or Jindrak develop into someone that could be regarded as a serious threat to a singles title then you can break teams up. These guys are all young and don't need to be pushed as singles stars yet. Over time though they could be. Just look at Bret Hart and HBK as examples of long time tag team wrestlers turned singles superstars.
Also, Lords of The Ring or Natural Born Thrillaz could fill the vacancy of a tag team in Evolution. Flair=Player/Manager(Pete Rose of wrestling),HHH=World Champ,Orton=IC or US champ, and either one of these teams could be Tag Champs in the group.
Didn't mean to write so much, but once you trade the cruisers for the women all the other moves would need to occur for the logical reasons listed above.
Chris Jericho needs to go to SMACKADOWNA!!, I know he is (IMO) the most cinsistant preformer on RAW but hes never going to elevate to anything more that what he is now on RAW due to the HHH factor. Jericho looks like a chump constantly to guys like Kevin friggin Nash. He needs to move to Thursdays so that he can be treated as more of a competetor.
I'd say Hurricane should prolly make the jump too. If WWE wants to boost the Cruiserweight division he would be a great addition.
Id send Sean O'Haire to RAW. It could give him a fresh start on his great gimmick that never got off or at least they could have another young tag team by gettin rid of Garrison Cade and re-uniting the Natural Born Thrillers
A lot of people think Benoit should make the jump to RAW also. I would have to think Benoit is much better off on SMACKDOWN! Instead why not send our injured amigo Edge over once he is battle ready. RAW is more skit oriented and Edge has more charisma than Benoit and we all know how Trips likes to squash em young!
