The WWE plans on airing a special "Best of 2003" show on December 22nd, with no new matches featured. Raw will return to it's normal live format the following week."
So which matches do you think will appear... or should appear? Does anyone know if this is a Best of RAW show? Or a Best of WWE?
I hope it's Best of WWE, as I missed the Lesnar/Benoit match this past Thursday. You can bet Rock will be in there somewhere, if he wrestled any matches around Wrestlemania.

"--Raw on 12/22 will be a taped best-of-Raw 2003 show. I shudder to think that will be considered best of. The Smackdown show on 12/25 will be taped in Iraq for the troops. Well, I guess they saw the TNA idea and did it one better."
That Smackdown show could be some good PR for WWE except no one will see it since it's on Christmas. :) | InVerse

Those are the only matches on RAW this year that stand out in my mind, although I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. However, if SmackDown and PPV matches are gonna' be on the show (which they probably will be), then the list grows to a great extent.

The Smackdown show would have to include the Cruiserweight title match between Matt & Rey (the one that Rey finally won the strap) ... one of the best matches I've seen this year.

| #7 Posted on 9.12.03 2211.58 | Instant Rating: 6.55 | I'm going to miss not having a Christmas theme show. At times they are pretty good, the only downer is usually a uncomfortable diva TnA match. But give credit to WWE last year that they did a fantastic Diva Santa's Little Helper match, which the girls looked fantastic in their Santa's outfit but still able to perform a very entertaining and fun 6-woman match. But I'm really going off on a tangerine here LoL... I was going to say I enjoyed a Christmas theme show, I remember few years ago Edge and Christian brought out all of Kurt's brothers who were all wearing Santa hats. "Talk about your White Christmas" as K-Kwik said LoL. Actually last years Christmas in Oklahoma show on a whole was one of the best Raw's of the year even if it was taped days before Monday night. IIRC last year they did the "Best of" show closer to New years.
Christmas is the one time of year when people of all religions come together to worship Jesus Christ.
