I've been pondering this award all morning. My gut says you gotta give it to Austin, but unless he really is headed back I don't see them doing that. I have my prefered choice...
What if they give it to Bret? For five of the last ten years, he was a major (if not the major) superstar on RAW.
Plus (and more importantly) wouldn't that be exactly the sort of gesture that would sooth Bret's ego? I mean if they really are making an overture to bring him back into the fold...so to speak?

And of course, does anyone actually doubt that the person who wins Superstar of the Decade will have 3 initials as a name?

Logically, the diva award would probably go to Lita. However, I wouldn't be surprised if it went to Stephanie.

He is the only to actually been around the whole decade, and he is about due for a return.

And while The Rock could pass him eventually he's not there yet. And I don't think HHH and Mic are even close to the ones I already mentioned.
Diva I would give to Sunny.
Greastest Match is tough. HBK/Stone Cold vs. Bulldog/Owen should be up there. So should the European Title Finals.
Mankind of course took sick bumps but did he really take anything really bad on Raw? It was mostly on ppvs. I think they're probably give it to Jeff Hardy.
Funny promos - Although Edge/Christian's heel tag team era was superb, they'll give it to Rocky. Or Maybe even Rock and Sock connection.

| #10 Posted on 10.1.03 1426.07 | I'm really hard-pressed to find a better match on RAW than Austin/HBK-Owen/Bulldog.
Owen vs Bulldog was great, but I found the dynamic of the tag match all that more intriguing, since Austin & HBK hated each other so much and the two characters played off each other brilliantly to almost "accidentally" win the tag titles, then the result with Austin taking both of the belts and telling HBK to screw off was great.
There's also the Austin/HHH-Jericho/Benoit tag match, which should be up there. Something about that match leaves a bad taste in my mouth, though, considering the crappy "Desire" promos and the immediate Benoit injury which killed his push. Otherwise, great match.
Many will also point to the RAW 10-man, which was incredibly good. I wouldn't say it left a lasting impression on me nor changed anything in WWE storylines, but it was the best TV match of that year. | Freeway

So like RAW Diva probably by all rights should go to Sunny. Afterall, she is the only one who can claim to ever been the most searched person on the internet. But it WILL go to Trish Stratus, since she's on the current roster. I would be shocked if there was any award that didn't either go to someone on the current roster. Exceptions may be Mick Foley and Owen Hart. | Quezzy

It's kind of early to put Angle on there I think, but I can live with it. I don't see how you can leave HBK off though.
But they've been showing commercials for a while now that ask who the number 1 Superstar of the decade has been. And in that commercial they show Stone Cold, THe Rock, Undertaker, Bret, HBK, HHH, and Mic. So i'm guessing those are their nominees.

Raw Diva: It really should be Sable, it probably will be Trish, but I could see them giving it to Chyna.
On Screen Romance: HHH and Steph, but I see the WWE trying to be cute and funny and giving it to Mae Young and Mark Henry.
Best Match: HHH/Austin vs Benoit/Jericho, it was a great match plus they love to show how HHH was so tough by continuing the match with a torn quad.

Greatest Match-....
I'm going to go with Benoit vs. Austin for the WWF Title in Edmenton. The match was beautiful,never had I before chanted for Benoit to lock in the crossface. And then of coarse I was so pissed as I saw Benoit just barely pulling off the win only for Austin to lock in the crossface I believe and Vince rings the bell ala Montreal Screw Job.
It made me pissed off since I saw the connection...but that match and storytelling surpasses All I've seen before it...then agian I started watching wrestling in '99
