Please don't misread this as specific praise of Serena. It's meant to be hilarious burial of Otunga.

I get that Otunga isn't championship material, but he does a really good as number one lackey in the stable. If it was Danial Bryan in this spot we'd all be complaining that he has to play second fiddle and eat crow every week.

Otunga gets buried on this board every week, but it's not like the WWE has asked him to put on any great matches, or to do anything more than be the Toadie that hangs around The Kid With the Yellow Eyes.

They bring him out on MONDAY NIGHT RAW, the biggest show on earth (to some), so he can receive the adoration of millions, and he dresses like a meat head.

I think he showed up because he felt obligated to, not because he particularly wanted to.

      And I'm okay with that.

I'd guess a lot of that opinion stems from his recent mini-interview where he said something like "I'm coming to you from an undisclosed location, because if the WWE knew where I was they'd try to come get me back." A joke, but yeah, I think people wonder how much of that is true.

Actually, I had no idea about that. I just meant that he might feel obligated to do it because he spent his entire career in the WWE and feels that he owes it to Vince to do this and go into the HOF.

Shawn may have an ambassador contract much like Flair did for a year where they are paying him for a certain amount of dates. I would think Shawn would want to be there for his HOF announcement. Granted, its not as a big deal compared to the baseball or football hall of fame, but I am sure it does mean something to him. Of course, the WWE hall of fame at least elects guys every year where the baseball hall of fame doesn't until someone gets off their lawn. Fucking hate what the baseball HOF has become.

He's bald. It's either the skullcap or the cowboy hat.

Who's balder- Shawn Michaels or Bret Michaels?

Has anyone ever seen him without a cowboy hat or bandana?
Didn't he even rock a bandana in his hospital bed?

As far as HBK, the "I think I'm cute..." intro theme gets more ridiculous as he gets older and older. That was a great video montage though. Del Rio's scarf makes a great prop, as HHH did pretty much the same thing with it after beating him back in October at a house show.

I understand that. But wouldn't the cowboy hat have been more "in character?" I mean, he looked like he JUST ran in from Wal-Mart, not like he was ready to pop the crowd.

And believe me, I respect HBK and I'm not taking potshots at him...I just think he's really smug, in character or out.
