TONIGHT: Raw is turned over to Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell and Maria Menounos tonight, as they host the show. Hey, at least they’re hot! No matches or segments announced for tonight’s show as of 7:53 pm EST, though footage of one of the gals training in the ring leaked out earlier last week, so maybe some in-ring action is in store from the ladies? Perhaps they’ll do something related to Columbus Day? Bragging Rights is just under two weeks away, so the hype will continue for the matches that’ve been announced thus far. And maybe the return of Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase, who were not on the show last week (presumably to sell the DX beating)?

-WWE Open.

-Chris Jericho was backstage, no interviewer, addressing the camera. He talked about Bragging Rights and how the main event will be a seven-on-seven match for brand supremecy. Jericho said even though he goes from show-to-show because he’s champ, he’s a proud member of the Smackdown brand. He then said he was chosen to be brand captain and it’s his responsibility to pick the team. I thought the winners of the Smackdown matches fought in the main event? Why not save this for Survivor Series? Anyway, he was interrupted by Nancy O’Dell (wearing a Peyton Manning jersey), who said they’re not starting Raw with him- they’re starting it with DX.

-In the arena, DX’s music started playing and Triple H came out. Jerry Lawler asked where Shawn Michaels was. The Game brought timekeeper Mark Yeaton into the ring to act as his HBK. Yeaton ran around the ring as Triple H pointed to him. Then he gave him the mic and left the ring after a friendly boot to the hiney from Hunter. Triple H said this was an unusual night, so we have to do things differently. He did the DX intro and said Michaels isn’t here. Hunter said Shawn called him a little while ago and said he had to stay home. Triple H said he can set up the Raw team for Bragging Rights, or do what any true friend would do- call his friend at home and badger him on live TV. Hunter had the cell phone in the ring and put it on speaker phone. Somehow, we could hear the dial-tone. Shawn’s answering machine was the “Sexy Boy” theme with Shawn doing the voice-over telling people to call at a later time. Someone just saw the Seinfeld where George had his answering machine tuned to Greatest American Hero. Shawn ended up interrupting the message anyway and answered. He asked if we heard it and Triple H said yes. Shawn said his daughter got sick and he had to stay at home with her. Michaels said he cleaned up most of the vomit and he just put her to sleep. Shawn said he read her a bedtime story and Hunter asked if it was their new DX book. How can it be “unauthorized” if its written by Hunter and Shawn? Well, that didn’t accomplish much as Triple H hung up soon after Shawn said “goodbye” to the crowd in Indianapolis. As Hunter tried to turn his attention to Bragging Rights, Chris Jericho and Big Show’s music interrupted and they came to the ring.

Jericho got some cheap heat by throwing Hunter’s book to the ground. Jericho botched a line, saying Hunter is standing there alone without his offensive line from the “Philadelphia....Pittsburgh Steelers, whatever they’re called.” This is not going well. Jericho said he’s the captain of Smackdown, a show that is better because Chris Jericho is on it. Triple H said he wasn’t going to argue that Smackdown is a good show....which a spineless GM, a grumpy little troll who runs his mouth all the time (Jericho), and great, great wrestling- like stuff done by the Great Khali. Hunter admitted it’s nowhere in the league of Monday Night Raw. Someone is getting angry about all the praise Smackdown is getting. Jericho said at least his show isn’t led by delinquents like Hunter and Shawn. He said he wants Show, who is technically on the Raw roster, to be on his team at Bragging Rights. Triple H tried to stir the pot by saying Jericho was the boss of Show and made a pitcher-catcher joke. High comedy, for sure. Show said they’re equals, and he kinda carries the team. Jericho had a quizzical look on his face, and seemed to be offended by that remark. Show said he wasn’t the one that got pinned last week. Jericho said he wasn’t the laughingscot (“laughingstock”....he’s having a rough go of it) of SportsCenter when he got beat up by Shaq. Show countered by saying he didn’t get punked by Bob Barker. Jericho reminded Show in no uncertain terms that he said he’d fight Barker anywhere, anytime. He then said he didn’t get knocked out at Wrestlemania by Floyd Mayweather. Show and Jericho then argued off-mic. Show changed his mind and told Hunter he wants to be on Raw’s team. Triple H said unfortunately, there are no spaces open on the Raw team. Hunter said he talked to the guest hosts tonight and said Show can earn a slot on the Raw team tonight. His opponent: Chris Jericho. And it’s next. So Triple H knew somehow that Show was going to interrupt his promo and ask to be on the Raw team, so much so that he already cleared a match with the GM’s? This....was awful.

[Commercial Break]

(1) Chris Jericho vs. The Big Show
Show shrugged Jericho off a few times, but they were friendly in the early going, until Jericho slapped Show in the chest in the corner. Show responded in kind, which caused Jericho to flee from the ring in agony. Show lifted Jericho back in the ring by the top of his head. Jericho slapped away a handshake offer as Show tried to calm him down and told Jericho not to get him mad. He shoved Big Show a couple times and pie-faced him. That was it for Show, who grabbed Jericho by the throat. Jericho tried a Codebreaker, but Show caught him in mid-air and set him on the top rope, still trying to talk sense into his tag partner. Jericho slapped him and was summarily shoved to ringside. He was down, holding his knee. Show went out to check on him. Jericho tried to run back in the ring at seven, but Show grabbed his leg and pulled him back out, and beat the count back in. Apparently, Jericho didn’t get in far enough to break the count.

Winner: Show, at 4:31. Not much of a match, but the story behind it made sense.

-Jerry Lawler (in “Lawler for Mayor” t-shirt) and Michael Cole talked on camera, thanking their guest host Nancy O’Dell and special correspondent, Maria Menounos. They threw it to Maria backstage- she was joined by Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. DiBiase said he was feeling good, but he wasn’t the one being carried off on a stretcher. Cody said he’s fine and ready to compete. She asked if they felt like they should be on Team Raw. They both said yes, but she said not so fast my friends. They’re competing in a triple-threat qualifying match tonight- if either man wins, they’ll be on Team Raw. If the third man wins, he’ll be on the team. The third man: John Cena.

[Commercial Break]

-Back from break, they showed the Indy skyline and Cole talked about the triple-threat match tonight.

-Tyler Hansbrough, Demetrius Nichols and Rod Benson of the Indiana Pacers were shown at ringside.

(2) Mickie James vs. Jillian Hall-Divas Championship Match
What did Jillian do to earn a Title shot? Monkey-flip by Jillian, but Mickie made the save (sorta) and didn’t take the burnt of the move. Dropkick by Mickie for a one-count. Face-buster blocked by Mickie into a jacknife cover for two. Mickie got rolled up in the corner by Jillian, who used the ropes for leverage, and got the win?

Winner: Jillian, at 1:15. Uh....what?

Jillian got the mic after the match and screamed that she was new Divas champion. She said to make it better, she wants to sing her new favorite song by Lady Gaga, Paparazzi. So she started singing. She was interrupted by Nancy O’Dell and her theme music. She didn’t let Justin Roberts finish introducing her before she started talking. O’Dell told Jillian to stop singing said she made a phone call over the weekend and made a major Divas trade. The good news for Jillian: She’s still on Raw. The bad news: She has to defend her Divas Title against Raw’s newest acquisition, right now. It was Melina.

(3) Jillian Hall vs. Melina- Divas Championship Match
Melina botched her finisher right off the bat, BADLY, as Jillian fell to early for her legdrop. Luckily, she had enough sense to kick out of it and Melina hit her Code Red for the next finish.

Winner: Melina, at :31. Words cannot describe how bad this show has been so far.

-A plug for the Triple-Threat match with DiBiase vs. Rhodes vs. Cena tonight.

[Commercial Break]

-Did you know? WWEClassics.com is the only place you can watch the first 100 episodes of Raw. That’s the first interesting fact they’ve had so far.

-Next week’s Raw host: Snoop Dogg.

-Triple H was talking to HBK on the speaker phone with a life-size Shawn Michaels cut-out in the room, as if he’s talking to him. Then Shawn’s music started playing and Shawn asked why it was playing in the background. Hornswoggle came in dresses as Shawn. Apparently, Michaels was in the bathroom and couldn’t see what was going on. Triple H got mad and told Horny it was gimmick infringement. Shawn finally got to the TV and was having a fit. Hornswoggle superkicked the cut-out and Triple H tried to take Horny down, but Hornswoggle ended up on his feet while Hunter was on the floor. More crotch chops from Horny as he left. Ugh.

-Cole and Lawler talked about what just happened, and said the details of the Divas trade would be available immediately following Raw on WWE.com.

-Backstage, Santino said he couldn’t believe he was standing with WWE Magazine’s Fan of the month. Santino tried out his Access Hollywood voice. Beth Phoenix barged in and said she heard a rumor that she was traded to Smackdown. Nancy O’Dell said that is true, but Beth said she better get on the phone to Teddy Long and trade her back. Maria said everyone is ecstatic that Beth is traded off Raw. She grabbed Maria by the throat and threatened her as Nancy ran off. Santino told Beth to back off and said Maria told him she’s wanted to compete in the ring. He said they should have some sort of Divas match. Maria wasn’t sure, but Santino said to do it. Beth stormed off as he yelled to her that when they were together, he faked every organism.

-They showed how the Cena vs. Orton Iron-Match Match at Bragging Rights came about.

-Another mention of the Triple-Threat match, and it’s next.

[Commercial Break]

(4) Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena- Triple-Threat Bragging Rights Qualifying Match
DiBiase, still sporting a bit of a black eye, which was worse when he was on Superstars last week. Cena with a running bulldog on DiBiase, but Rhodes dropkicked Cena. DiBiase pounded away on Cena’s skull and he and Rhodes went to work. I don’t know how much Cena would have to offer Team Raw after his one-hour match. Double-clothesline by Cena. Sidewalk slam on Teddy, and Cody was thrown over the top. He landed on the apron and he and DiBiase hit the high-low maneuver. Cena kicked out at two on Rhodes’ pin. More punches to Cena’s head. Double suplex on Cena. They stomped a mud-hole in him in the corner, and Rhodes did a REAL bulldog, not the fake face-buster one Cena does. Snap-mare by Rhodes and DiBiase followed up with a boot to the face. Double dropkick from the Legacy duo. Hard whip into the turnbuckle and Cena is really getting worn down. Cena fought back by sending Rhodes into the barricade, but DiBiase put him back down with a clothesline. They went to break about 7:30 in.

[Commercial Break]

Legacy still had the advantage out of break, though Rhodes, the designated Legacy whipping boy here, got back-dropped over the top. DiBiase missed a charge in the corner, but Rhodes was there to give Cena a neck-breaker for a two. Cena came back and got a two on Rhodes, with the pin being interrupted by DiBiase. They tried another dual suplex, but Cena suplexed them both instead. Again, Rhodes was sent to the outside. He beat up DiBiase until Rhodes came back in, and he was met with a back-body drop. STF on DiBiase, who stayed in it longer than Jericho ever has. Randy Orton came out and distracted Cena. That also allowed Rhodes to roll up DiBiase for three.

Winner: Rhodes, at 13:19. I thought if either would win, it would be Ted. But I guess this could spur on his face turn.

O’Dell came on the Titan-Tron and said they don’t seem to be getting along right now, so she put them in a match with two others who aren’t getting along- John Cena and Randy Orton. What? Why? Orton continued to try to play peacemaker. That’s not a role that suites him.

[Commercial Break]

-They showed some Indianapolis Colts sitting ringside.

(5) Jack Swagger vs. MVP- Bragging Rights Qualifying Match
Swagger tried his finisher off the bat, but MVP got out of it. Running clothesline by the two-time U.S. Champion. Swagger worked MVP’s arm and went for a cover, for only two. MVP made his comeback with a face-buster, and “Ballin’!” elbowdrop. It got a two count. Swagger went back to the arm and finally hit the Swagger Bomb for the pin.

Winner: Swagger, at 2:34. Fine contest, but felt rushed, for obvious reasons.

-Rhodes and DiBiase were arguing backstage when Randy Orton got between them. He said he won’t be teaming with Cena tonight and he won’t let Nancy O’Dell show him up. He said it’d be a handicap match and he’d never tag himself in. DiBiase accused Rhodes of wanting to pin Orton tonight to keep his stock soaring, and Rhodes said DiBiase wants to redeem himself by pinning Orton. Orton told them to keep on thinking that.

-Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne made their entrances for a one-on-one match, which is next.

[Commercial Break]

(6) Kofi Kingston vs. Evan Bourne- Bragging Rights Qualifying Match
Kingston got a quick pin attempt, to no avail. Kick to the head by Bourne and he got two off of that. Half-crab applied (perfectly, according to the King). Kingston sent Bourne high in the air and then hit a European Uppercut on the way down. Sweetness. Cover got two. SOS (flip into the roll-up) by Kingston for two. Jumping kick to the thorat by Bourne, who then went to the top. He jumped off and landed on his feet. Springboard, but Kofi caught him with the Buzzsaw kick for three.

Winner: Kingston, at 2:25. Again, way too short. These are qualifying matches and they’re barely giving these guys time to tell a story. Six of the seven members of team Raw are now accounted for. The final qualifying match will be on Superstars, Mark Henry vs. Chris Masters.

-Triple H was talking with Shawn still (Shawn wanted to get off the phone after two hours), with his cardboard cut-out bandaged up. Nancy and Maria walked in and said they’d been reading from his book. Another plug and they asked if she was ready to go. Maria said all Triple H taught her was two kicks and then she put him in a head-scissors for 15 minutes. She practice some more kicks until Chavo Guerrero came in. He asked what was up with DX and Hornswoggle. Hunter said he doesn’t like Horny any more than Chavo. Chavo said he didn’t believe him. He also complained about not getting the chance to compete for a spot on team Raw. Chavo said he’s more talented than Big Show and he can fly higher than Kofi. He said he should be captain of the team. Hunter gave Maria the OK, and she kicked Chavo in the nuts. She excitedly asked how she did. Hunter gave her a high-five. As they walked away, Shawn said, “if you’re not down with that, we got two words for ya.”

[Commercial Break]

(7) Beth Phoenix & Alicia Fox & Rosa Mendes vs. Kelly Kelly & Gail Kim & Maria Menounos
Apparently the Diva trade has affected all three brands. O’Dell came to the ring with Menounos. Gail rolled Alicia up for two immediately. Tag in to Maria quickly. Double back-elbow, then a hair-toss from Maria. And another. Alicia put Maria on her back, but Maria rolled her up for two. Sign her up! Kick to the gut, then she was dragged to the heel corner as Beth tagged in. She trash talked Maria, who kicked Beth right in the knee, then slapped her in the mouth. Tag to Kelly, who got a big pop. Speaking of big, a big sidewalk slam from the Glamazon. Rosa tagged in but Kelly kicked her away. Handspring elbow from Kelly, but Rosa followed it with a drop-toe hold. Maria brought Rosa down throat-first over the top. Kelly stepped on Rosa’s back then landed a legdrop for the pin.

Winners:: Kelly, Maria and Gail at 2:29. Maria was quite respectable in there. Better than Rosa usually, anyway.

-Orton & Cena vs. Legacy is still to come.

[Commercial Break]

-The new United States Champion, The Miz, came out. Miz told the fans to get used to him bragging too much, because in two weeks, he’ll face the I.C. Champion from Smackdown. That’s John Morrison, his former tag-team partner. That could be cool. Miz said he and Morrison were the greatest team of the 21st Century, and HE was the talent of that team. He called Morrison “a hair-do with abs.” Miz said in ten years time, when Morrison is hanging out with 400-pound women, he’ll be the face of the #1 Sports Entertainment show, Monday Night Raw. He’s the Miz, and he’s awesome. That’s what I hear, anyway.

-Cole and Lawler ran down the Bragging Rights card.

-Randy Orton came out for the main event. He teams with Cena next.

[Commercial Break]

-The announcers talked about Snoop Dogg hosting Raw next week in Jacksonville.

-Orton had the mic as the rest of Legacy was in the ring. Orton said he just got off the phone with the Dogg earlier in the night. He said next week will be Cena’s last week on Raw. Apparently, they reached an agreement where Cena will compete in one of the biggest matches of his career next week. But he didn’t say what. During Cena’s entrance, Cole said they’d find out who Cena’s opponent will be immediately following the main event.

(8) Randy Orton & John Cena vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes
Cena wrestled DiBiase to the ground as Orton crept up to the apron. Rhodes tagged in and met Cena’s head with some fisticuffs. Cena hopped over Rhodes, and DiBiase dropkicked him. Rhodes applied a sleeper-hold on Cena, taking him down to one knee. Cena got out of it and as Orton took his eyes off things, Cena tagged him in. Orton got in the ring and locked up with Rhodes. Rhodes went for a roll-up, which Cole made a big deal out of. Another collar-and-elbow tie-up and DiBiase tagged himself in. He rolled Orton up for one, then an inside cradle for two. Orton tagged Cena back in. Shoulder tackle by Cena on Teddy, then a suplex. Cena did his fist-drop, but Orton made the blind tag. Orton attacked Cena as he got DiBiase up for the Attitude Adjustment. As he pounded on Cena in the corner, DiBiase rolled Orton up for the win.

Winners: Rhodes & DiBiase, at 6:11.

As Orton yelled at DiBiase, who was at ringside, Cena gave Orton the Attitude Adjustment.

-Cole announced that Cena would face Triple H next week in what could possibly be Cena’s last night on Raw. Wow, they made a real big production out of that, so of course it had to be The Game. They showed Cena’s look of concern in the ring as they went out.

Not a single good match but I enjoyed the weird surprises. I think I went, "Huh? Wha?" in almost every segment. (So no, I didn't sit in on this week's booking meeting.) Unpredictability has been lacking in RAW for months (years?) but tonight was certainly not predictable. Not good? Eh. But not predictable.

Check that, the melodrama of Show and Jericho breaking up was predictable and the segment with Triple H took for-fucking-ever, but it was logical. I like that because Show and Jericho are technically on separate brands that they're representing their brands at Bragging Rights.

Maria Menounos did a lot more wrestling in that video deleted from YouTube, but she was an awesome backstage interviewer with Legacy. And she's at hot as any of the Divas. She's clearly a lifelong fan and was excited to be there. But she laughs like a goober.

The Divas shakeup was pretty good. It's been a long, long time since anything interesting was done with the Divas division. Jobbing Mickie out to Jillian and then jobbing Jilian to Melina was at least unpredictable. Although Melina was so obviously calling spots to Jillian, she may as well have been Twittering. Melina is the third Diva to be Divas and Women's Champion.

The trade of Beth to Smackdown sheds some light on Beth's interfering in the Lumberjill match at A Decade of Smackdown and helping McCool win. And with Beth gone, Melina as the Divas Champion and the way Mickie was unceremoniously jobbed out, the door is open for that long awaited Mickie James heel turn. I hope.

All of the Triple H comedy was rather excruciating, though I liked the line of his teaching Menounos to put him in a 15 minute headscissors.

Lawler on Cena reversing the Legacy double suplex: "One man - one Superman - suplexing two!" Lawler's never made a more accurate call.

Speaking of calls, you know what would be awesome? If JR and the King called the PPV by themselves and, since it's RAW vs. Smackdown, they argued like it was 1999.

Access Hollywood host Nancy O’Dell feels right at home breaking news on some of the hottest happenings in Tinseltown. Perhaps that’s why it appeared fitting for her to drop a beautiful bombshell on the WWE Universe: that she met with SmackDown and ECW General Managers Theodore Long and Tiffany over the weekend, and they agreed for Divas from all three brands to be traded.

The Hollywood insider even announced two of the trades on Monday night’s broadcast: Melina has been traded from SmackDown to Raw, while Beth Phoenix will move from Raw to SmackDown.

In addition to the two announced trades, the following Diva brand exchanges are being revealed exclusively on WWE.com:

Mickie James traded from Raw to SmackDown
Rosa Mendes traded from Raw to ECW
Brie & Nikki Bella traded from ECW to Raw
Eve traded from SmackDown to Raw

For all the latest developments regarding WWE Superstars and Divas, be sure to check back with WWE.com.
OMG somebody remembered the Bellas were on ECW!

I wonder what would have happened in the WWE Universe if James had retained her title. (I guess SHE would have lost to Melina in under a minute.)

I actually was checking the website to see if she was future-endeavoured or not, because that whole title change really came out of left field - and not exactly in a good way.

My thought was that maybe Mickie had violated the substance policy. Though I guess with Rey they showed they are willing to announce a suspension before taking a title off somebody.

No kidding, when's Maryse back?

That is an immensely stupid trade. Mickie vs. Beth got moved to Fridays instead of Mondays. Rosa going to ECW means nothing except it puts two heel Divas there with no faces. Meanwhile, RAW is overflowing with babyface Divas - Melina, K2, Gail, Eve, and two Bellas, while Jillian is the only heel until Maryse comes back. (Correction: I forgot all about A. Fox, which tends to happen a lot with me.)

I suppose Nancy O'Dell is to blame for this foolishness, eh?

"With the Ultimate Fighting Championship and mixed martial arts becoming more popular as competitors, it made little sense for the WWE to ramp up the attitude with violence and sexuality, McMahon said.

'You really can't compete with that,' he said. 'Why not deliver a more sophisticated product and not go to those extremes? If the audience wants those extremes, they know where to go and how to get it.' "

-I think it would have made more sense for Mickie to lose her title to Melina than lose it in a 2 min match to Jillian. Who did that help anyway (I guess Jillian if they actually use this to finally give her some direction).

Unless this leads to Mickie snapping, because:
-She was pinned using the ropes.
-Robbed of a rematch clause by Melina's trade.
-Traded herself.

I'll totally be okay with the extreme convoluted mess of "Mickie would have been traded, its a good thing she lost her title in a 2 min match before hand to someone with zero build up" if they take Mickie in a logical direction on SD. More likely tho, she will come out and be just as peppy as ever.

Were the Bella's really that much more promising than Katie Lea? I guess the argument would be that Lea is serving a purpose as a valet, while the Bellas are not doing anything of note. I think Raw is pretty lacking on the heel Diva's side now tho.

I'm fine with Jericho and Show splitting for Bragging Rights. Looking at the teams thus far, I would totally love for Show and Jericho to each turn on their teams mid match and wreck shop as the unified tag champs on BOTH brands. That would be a GREAT way to put the belts over huge (and right now, the belts look the best they have in a LONG time). "It does not matter which brand is better, WE are better than both brands!" Let Jericho pin one of DX to further the feud and give him more promo material.

If we are really lucky, for Survivor Series, have NO ONE from either brand want to team up with Jerishow after Bragging Rights, and let them "hire" Regal's Roundtable from ECW, who feels neglected in this whole brand war thing. Lots of screen time and exposure for all three brands, and a mix of new faces in a main event level program, and most importantly, FRESH NEW MATCHES in the multi-man format where the blow off is built up to (DX vs Jerishow), but the build itself is still entertaining and worth spending money on (various forms of fun rare multi-man matches).

"Imminently", according to Meltz' update this afternoon.

Heck of a business model, to bring in a temp for one night's work and let that temp make decisions about what employees are in what divisions of your company. That's just begging for abuse at some point (which could be interesting if they follow up on it, but I'm not holding my breath).

DiBiase's powerslam doesn't look as good as his old man's version.
Hopefully Baron Von Raschke will be there next week to continue his long running feud with Snoopy Dog.
They really need at least a token break through by someone into the top card.

I shan't miss Screaming Melina, but Eve and Cryme Tyme had nice chemistry. Now that CT doesn't have a female valet, I assume they won't work against the Hart Dynasty anymore.

Mickie vs. Michelle McCool might be nice.

According to Meltzer Menounos injured her hamstring while training last Saturday. He wasn't sure at the time if this would totally remove her from wrestling. I would guess the six-woman tag was a way of letting her still work a little without doing too much.

Bring back Heyman, let him and J.R. call it. They were excellent at arguing with each other over who the best brand was. Just sub in "Raw" for "Alliance"

Was last night the first time that Kofi was being billed as "from West Africa"?

It sounds like I didn't miss too much on this episode of Raw espeically with the divas.

It also seems that the rockiness between Jericho and Show is more evident and that DiBiase's turn is more evident. I can't until Jericho and Show split up because it would put Jericho in the main title picture again (hopefully). However, I am a little disappointed with the gradual breakup of Legacy because now the WWE has made them a legitimate tag team and if it sounds like DiBiase's turn is becoming more evident, then it would split up a tag team that is showing more and more signs of life.

What's with all the trades? It doesn't make complete sense with what happened because there is usually an explanation or at least more of a storyline when stuff like that happens. Such as life I suppose.

Apparently this has been happening since the 10/01 SuperStars show [wikipedia]. No one's explained why he's switched to "Ghana, West Africa", though it is actually the place he was born.

I was thinking more wellness policy violation with Mickie, but it was totally clear she was done on that show no matter what happened.

Of all the stuff that didn't quite make sense, I thought Randy Orton calling up Snoop Dogg and having a conversation was the most improbable.

I dunno, there's some common ground there - both are quite fond of the ganja.

I think DiBiase is on the fast track to breakupdom but Jericho and Show's disagreement is just to add Intrigue to the match.

Was it Trump who brokered the Swagger/Bourne/Henry/etc trade? Now Nancy O'Dell is making transactions. I would not feel great working for Raw if it meant that David Schwimmer could show up for one night and trade me away for Sheamus and Maria.

Kofi's mother has been complaining for about a year now about the whole "He's not really Jamaican!!!" thing (there was even a report about it somewhere back in 2008), and basically told a newspaper how disappointed she was that Kofi would "lie about his heritage" (apparently forgetting the entire point of Pro Wrestling). It wouldn't surprise me if she's been badgering him to get this change made for a long time now.

The entire point of pro wrestling is lying about your heritage?

I'm from the school of guys who play something close to what they really are generally being the most successful. Kofi's no actor. He can't do the accent, and if he's going to progress as a talent doing promos is the next step. This move is better for everybody involved.
