The GI Joe movie comes out this weekend, so I'm sure it's no coincidence that the WWE's own live-action GI Joe Action Figure will be the host, next week. Expect a skit or two about GI Joe or something like a run-in by "Snake Eyes".

Totally Swagger's fault. Carlito, in the middle, put the guy down on the ground as gentle as could be. And presumably, that's the toughest job for the 3 catchers. Swagger's primary job should have been to make sure the guy didn't bang his head on touchdown. But Swagger fell too early or something, & was completely out of position. I assume Swagger was apologizing & assessing how bad it would be for his career if the guy was seriously damaged.
The Miz is a great character; he's personable, he's fun to watch, and his wrestling has gotten progressively better since his debut.
So please tell me...why the hell are they jobbing him to Cena every few weeks? Cena's gotten stale, and the Miz, well...he hasn't. This continues to bother me week after week.
There are times where I love WWE...namely when I watch John Morrison, Evan Bourne, Dolph Ziggler, and a few others. But there are times where I just can't stand them, and this is one of those times.
I will, however rescind the comments posted above if it sees the Miz and Morrison reunite as a tag team. I loved the way they got along in the ring and on "THE DIRT SHEET"...though it seems they've got a good thing going with Morrison's face run.
So until then, screw you, Vince.

I, also, would very much like to see this result in the reunion of Miz and Morrison, although I'd disagree about Morrison's face run. Morrison is great in the ring and has been having some really fun matches with top-tier talent (and he and Jeff Hardy have been having great matches for a couple years now, and I don't think they can ever go wrong there), but his mic segments, designed to get him over as a face, just aren't working for me. He just doesn't 'pop' as a face the way he did as a heel.
Some words regarding Antonio Inoki and the WWF: Inoki won the WWF Championship from Bob Backlund on 11/30/79 in Tokushima, Japan, becoming the first wrestler to actually win the WWF Championship (Backland's reign began as a WWWF Championship reign).
