Did you watch a replay? I watched live (or as live as The Score gets for Raw), and the DDT was shown there. That said, there is a legitimate reason that it would be censored while the Santino/Mickie match can be shown. That reason is the CRTC.

The CRTC, which governs Canadian television, serves as a watchdog for the various networks. WWE programming is considered by them to be a "sports" show, and as such things that go above and beyond the sport at the core are to be censored. This would include foul language, nudity and man on woman violence. However, as a sports show, things that happen in the middle of a sanctioned match are legal. Thus they can show the Santino/Mickie match without fear, because it's a 'legitimate' match on the show. Stephanie wasn't a part of the scheduled HHH/Legacy match, though, so violence against her is bad and wrong and can't be shown.

Isn't it great that we have the CRTC protecting us from things like that?
Yeah, I caught the replay. Now, I know that they need to cut a few things to make the entire show (plus overtime) into a two hour period. If anything, maybe the replay I watched was at 4pm, so yeah.

I remember all the censoring during when TSN aired RAW...and I hated it then.

Oh, and I have numerous issues with the CRTC and their "competition" laws, but this isn't the place or time.

They should've made Jericho Vs Legends a gauntlet match. That way Jericho could run through Piper and Snuka in two or three minutes then build the drama with Steamboat giving him a proper challenge. There's just zero tension to a handicap match. With a gauntlet, they could even tag an impromptu match with Rourke on, with the three defeated legends helping him to pin Jericho. Anything rather than three-on-one silliness.

See, this would be grat. Have Jericho agree to a four man guantlet with the names undetermined but Jericho BELEIVING it is Piper, Snuka, Stemaboat and Flair. Feed Piper and Snuka to him and then have Steamboat give him a run but then lose. Then, have Flair come out in a suit and say he is not the fouth legend and then the glass breaks and SCSA comes down and just destroys Jericho with multiple stunners. Prior to the pin, Rourke ca come in a hit a few moves and then one last stunner from Austin for the win. I would watch that for sure.

"Marriage is like that show ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’, but it’s not funny. All the problems are the same, but you know instead of all the funny, pithy dialogue, everybody is really pissed off and tense. Marriage is like a tense, unfunny version of 'Everybody Loves Raymond', only it doesn't last 22 minutes. It lasts forever."

...except you wouldn't know to watch that for sure since they couldn't advertise it beforehand without ruining the delightful surprise. And if you already ordered the PPV, you'd watch whatever they showed (or not - they got your money either way).

Austin's return to the ring (if it ever happened) would probably be advertised before the show. I know WM always scores a huge buy rate on it's name alone, but I think Austin're return might bump that up a notch.

      They...don't?
No. They usually hang the belts over their shoulders on their way to the ring, as opposed to wearing them around their waists like they used to.

I think we can still consider that "wearing."
