Not that I've ever actually seen a cage match laid out this way, but I was thinking the other night that you could probably do a pretty good match revolving around the guys only trying to use the door to get out. Unlike climbing over the cage, which you can do from any point in the ring, the door is a single point of exit. You could do some great stuff with the psychology, cutting the ring off and so forth.
