I agree. I too hope, Shield vs. Wyatts isn't over after EC. WWE has something very special here. I know, they can't wait to break up The Shield and start pushing Reigns to moon, but anyhow, don't do that! Let The Shield and The Wyatts have a real feud. It will be worth it.
The Christian tight shot promo before his match made me think of The Protagonist of Fight Club going to work after being "awoken" by violence and camaraderie of fighting. It was very simple and made Christian seem like a legit bad ass for the first time in ever. Maybe he should cultivate this cool low-speaking beat up always against the ropes swagger a bit more.
Originally posted by Dr UnlikelyThe Lawler/Barrett...thing was maybe one of the worst segments in Raw history. Barrett tried, but Lawler's retort was historically awful (and seemingly from nowhere, unless we were supposed to infer that heart attack victim Lawler took special offense to Barrett's "you all have horrible eating habits!" material?), taken to the next level by Cole and JBL selling it like Lawler just delievered the single greatest putdown in the history of conversation. Unless they're going to literally kill off Bad News Barrett and the angle is that Lawler is the prime suspect after threatening him, that was truly awful.

I think they've shown a lot of restraint so far by not having the Shield break up 6 months ago. Even after Reigns speared Ambrose they didn't do the usual immediate "omg! I never trust you again! ever!" routine. For an example of that, see the breakup of the PTP. That came out of nowhere. And even last night, all bs aside with the Henry match, the three of them stood together without hesitation. You have to appreciate the booking of these guys so far.
I'm all for keeping the WCW World Title belt on television forever and a day. Because WWE could take a few lessons from the old WCW belt designers, that's for damn sure. I never did like the look of the Attitude-era WWF Title belt.
