Holy moly. Who could've imagined that Fandango would overshadow even Dolph's amazing emotional title win? I thought the crowd was trying too hard during Sheamus/Orton, though it was cool to see Big Show as savior, but then they etched themselves into history. Not quite as powerful as the YES revolution of last year, but still one for the ages. Anyone who doubted Fandango better get on the Fandwagon. This business just changed forever.

Doph's win was everything it should've been. So happy for that dude. I ... still think it probably would've been better at Wrestlemania, but an amazing atmosphere.

And Ryback turned heel on Cena and Rock tore his groin and some other stuff.

I marked out for Dolph hardcore.

The crowd took matters into their own hands and took the show into another level. The crowd made it feel like 1990s ECW and the Ryback heel turn was a good ending. And Dolph. Best, most bizarrely entertaining and fun RAW in forever.

(Sheamus and Orton going 183 minutes cut into the 8 Person Mixed tag match is my only complaint.)

Can we call this a Ryback heel turn if the crowd popped for it as loud as they did and if Ryback continued playing to them as the show went off the air? I felt like it was just Ryback making his play for the title than anything antagonistic against Cena. I feel like we're setting up a three-way with Cena, Ryback, and Henry at Extreme Rules with Cena the face, Henry the heel, and Ryback the force of nature.

Gentlemen, I don't say this often, but it is our DUTY to turn this Fandango thing into a meme! You've heard of "Guile's Theme Goes With Everything"? Well, FANDANGO'S theme goes with everything! This MUST become a meme and it's up to one of us to make it happen!

The only thing better than the theme was Fandango, beaten to a pulp and practically a corpse, still managing to hear Justin Roberts' announcement and get the wherewithal to grab the mic and eke out "It's......FAHN...DAHN...GOOOOOO..." That was the best visual of the night.

Or at least it would have been if we didn't get Dolph finally winning the big one! And damn if that crowd didn't make everyone forget that Dolph spent this entire year as enhancement talent. That crowd was amazing and they fully bought into Dolph's moment. It was great! I don't know what this says about the Del Rio experiment, but you can be damn sure that this spells the end for Jack Swagger.

oh my god. completely overjoyed at that.

What else. Miz lost the IC title back to Wade Barrett clean in 24 hours, dang man.

Daniel Bryan rolling with the Brothers of Destruction was pretty surreal.

Zack Ryder, Santino Marella, and R-Truth vs. 3MB was an adequate replacement for Rock and Brock Lesnar's angle to set up the main event of Wrestlemania 30.

I seem to remember someone saying that Cena can't be a good heel, but that can't be right, because he was fucking amazing tonight. The shirt, the mugging for the crowd, the "heel turn" - I haven't enjoyed one of his promos this much in a long time. And the hot crowd just made it so much better. Actually, as I am not the first to mention, they made everything better. Mostly by not just accepting the same old boring bullshit they tried to pull, and cheering for the exciting new stuff. Dolph's win was great, and for a minute I was scared they were going to let the opportunity slide. Del Rio chasing him should be fun for a while. Miz's one-night IC title run was weird, but hey, I like Wade Barret, so, whatever. And finally, I am firmly on the Big Show's side. He's right; he put himself out there for his team, he was never accepted, and that hotdog gloryhound Randy Orton stole his thunder and lost the match.

Yea, under normal circumstances, Ryback turning on Cena probably gets some cheers anyway, but it's also the beginning of the end of Ryback. It's just down after your feud with Cena. Cena vs Ryback is probably not going to be a good match either, all the more reason for WWE to give up on him. And WWE knows all this going in, they're doing this because they're already moving on from him being the great new star.

On the other hand, giant fan reaction (from crazy crowd) often changes things.

I feel like we're setting up a three-way with Cena, Ryback, and Henry at Extreme Rules.

They telegraphed Orton vs Sheamus vs Big Show as a three way (and that Orton vs Sheamus match as a non-finish, which everyone in the building might have figured out, helping lead to the reactions.) Extreme Rules being an All Three Way Show would be different but not likely.

Speaking of different but not likely, did they set up a The Shield vs Brothers of Hell No trios match for that show, or was that just randomness?

The crowd was too self aware for their own good, but I had Fandango's music in my head all day so they got that right.

I don't see Ryback turning into late Batista. I don't even think he is as good as early Batista, but they might as well try it.

Sheamus vs Orton was weird. Twitter vote. A match to decide andwe got a 3 way anyways.

The Shield holding the tag belts under Free Bird rules would be nice, unless they have a better idea for them. They don't.

I didn't care about missing the 8 person match last night.

Now that Ziggler has a title will he actually become familiar with winning?

I know it was hard Big Show, but kudos for not throwing that third chair.

Well, to me, and I have been wrong plenty, Fandango is going the way of Santino. More of a "goof" character who eventually the fans will get behind, he will "win" a secondary belt and linger in the lower mid card for a while. That beat down by Jericho, again, just to me, was Vince letting everyone know Fandango is not ME material and has been thrown back down the ladder.

Although, I will say the end with him on the mat, writhing in pain, yet still managing to correct the pronunciation of his name.

Oh, and the crowd was AWESOME. The wave, "singing" Fandango's theme song, chanting for the announcers, they made RAW that much better.

I found myself kinda hoping that Del Rio would pull out the win against Ziggler just to see the fans go crazy batshit mad and burn down the arena.

Big Show needed to pick up that third chair and then gently set it back down. Even better, when the crowd was chanting for him to throw that third chair, he should of walked over and retrieved the previous two and set them back where they originally were.

No pressure, next year's post-Wrestlemania crowd. Because this one trumped last years', which is saying something.

At this point Cena is trolling everyone. That he did the Fandango dance was hilarious.

I don't care what people say, this was the right time to pull the trigger. The crowd made it 3283282823 times more awesome. I wish I can find a downloadable video to view that segment (the one currently on Youttube is missing Dolph's initial entrance).

I like when Cena actively trolls the smarkier segments of the crowd, but I can't quite put my finger on why.

And that crowd blew it with me when they decided to start that "We Are Awesome" BS.

Though the pop for Ryback beating the crap out of Cena was nice, even if Ryback is shit in the eyes of said smarkier segments.

Orton looked like he had PURE MURDER in his eyes when they started the "RAN-DY SAV-AGE" chant.

Next year I'm going to be more hyped for the Raw that follows Wrestlemania than WM itself. The Jersey crowd may have outdone Miami's crowd last year. I've heard the crowd shitting on the faces, chanting "boring" during lackluster matches, cheering heels, etc but I've never heard fans chant a (instrumental) theme song or a entire crowd break out into dance.

Daniel Bryan and Dolph must of had a mega high five over "Poor Wrestlemania decision's blowing up in the companies face and getting us hugely over anyway".

I don't think Ryback is turning heel either, but Cena is never turning heel and Vince can't stand to have another top face next to his new goldenboy Cena. I'm not a fan of Ryback in the slightest, but I'll take anything over SOS Cena anyday.

Miz truly is the worst. Not only was your match and title win on the 'Mania pre-show, but then you lose it right back within 24 hours. HA!

New Jersey gets a bad rep, at least their wrestling fans are amazing. I loved that Orton took the crowd not being into his match so personally. Double HA! Suck it prettyboy! You could see it in his face with every chant they made. Favorite line of the night:

Lawler: It sounds like they are chanting for Randy....SAVAGE!

I was on the edge of my seat during the Ziggler cash in. I would of preferred him cashing in at WM last night just to give the PPV some much needed zazz. I'm praying Dolph has a nice long reign as champion.

For the sake of reference, the last time The E was at the Izod Center was for the October 22, 2012 Raw and I don't remember the crowd being half as awesome. Has to be a post-Wrestlemania thing, but they also didn't have too much to work with back then.

I was excited to come into this thread and talk about a silly little thing that I thought people might miss while watching the show, how Big E Langston smacked AJ in the chest by accident during his entrance and she just laughed it off. But then the whole show just snowballed and in the end that seemed a very minor thing!

What does WWE have to do to keep crowds this invested for a whole year rather than a week or three after Wrestlemania? They need to figure that out and get on it, because watching the show tonight was just plain fun.

Fandango has the best entrance music in ages. Probably because it doesn't have some nu-metal singer going "I'm here to dance / I'm here to kick some ass / I'm a dancin' machiiiiine!" I'm a fan now. I think he'll be a great IC Champ at least.

And I think that's really the thing. It has nothing to do with PG-13 and everything to do with making a compelling show. Tonight rocked.

One thing they do need to do is give these midcard guys more time to do their thing. Everybody just felt "on" tonight. Probably because it was THEIR show again. I didn't miss any of the part timers - even a full timer like CM Punk - and hopefully they can use this WrestleMania momentum to surprise us with some elevation in the next year.

I do think that, had they done the Ziggler cash in last night, it would have made WrestleMania a better PPV, but doing it tonight on free TV in front of everybody may have done more for Ziggler. He looked like he had just broken out of prison when they handed him the belt. Very Shawshank.

I like to think that the last thing that went through Alberto Del Rio's head....other than "I lost".....was to wonder how the hell his angle with Jack Swagger went south so quickly.

You could say it...ran for the border!

Good show. Amazing crowd. Dolph's win was...win. And Ryback's turn...I dunno. I think Ryback is so one-dimensional he really can't turn. He just repeats three words and/or does orangutan faces. Orangutans are neither heels nor faces, they're just...y'know...orangutans.
