Remember how Edge rarely wrestled at his size? He's a tall guy, but except for the boot to the face, he worked like he was a short guy. Swagger does the same. He's HUGE, but he doesn't work a tall style. The gutwrench is the only concession to his stature. The Vader pump splash doesn't make sense for a guy that long and lean. He should be doing abdominal stretches and surfboards.

In fairness, I'd have to do homework to find a time Swagger actually hit the Vader splash. I like the notion of the abdominal stretch and surfboard, but how soon until people pooh-pooh that stuff as a rest hold? Now If Swagger started selling the damn ankle lock like Angle or Shamrock by flipping out and acting like it was the most brutal thing on his mind, which is what made it awesome in the first place (along with Angle getting it from just about anywhere as a face)...

...that's just my two cents.

Any submission that took advantage of his wingspan and height would be good. It might be more difficult to reverse his anklelock if his feet were farther away from your reach.

Superstars open. Alex Riley will main-event tonight's episode against Jack Swagger. But we start out with Heath Slater's generic country music, and crap-- he's got a microphone. "Cut my music! Hey, hey, sorry hey, I remember this dump!
