I saw this morning that many in the Raider nation mourn the same way they celebrate, by burning things!

That's what I like to see, win or lose, let nothing get in the way of the post-game riot!

Many fans here would have called for the immediate demolition of Qualcomm Stadium if the Raiders had won yesterday.

Preferably while the Raiders fans were still inside the stadium.

Let's just say I made sure that my homeowners check cleared before the game started.

'Course I live within riot distance of Qualcomm (and boy would I be pissed if I were them, what with fat boy calling it The Murph every time he could... that should be a breach of contract or something)

Your analogy is similar to:

"They already have cars that you can drive, why not blenders?"
"I can already write with my hands, why not my pancreas?"
"They already have beef that I can eat, why not granite?"

I'm in the same boat. I only live a couple miles away from Qualcomm. At least it stands for another couple of years.

Well, I was more worried about someone blowing up the gasoline refinery.

Wow...San Diego is ugly from that angle. The freeway makes its hips look way too big...

The Fresno Bee had a great article on Valley Raider fans, and the biggest Raider fan-club or whatnot in Visalia.

I love it when Raider fans get crushed like this.

May I just say that those gas tanks are in really bad locations - especially the four tanks that are right next to that off-ramp. The big cluster of tanks right next to the freeway are not in a much better position, either.

I don't advocate the bombing of Raiders fans because they're insane, rowdy and obsessive. Much like 700-level Eagles fans, I admire them for that, even as I strive to stay far away from their thrown-object range.

I advocate the bombing of Raiders fans because they're RAIDERS fans. As a Broncos fan, that's enough justification for me.

Ah. Point taken.

Year after year, the United States has gone to elaborate lengths, spent enormous sums, taken great risks to build and keep weapons of mass destruction. But why? The only possible explanation, the only possible use they could have for those weapons, is to dominate, intimidate, or attack.
