Well lets just say NASCAR rules booked this as a borefest until the last 15 laps. The final result, a lame duck winner. Maybe "The W" can sponser McMurray for some races next season? Basically if you saw the postrace interviews everybody thought this race sucked. Even the announcers seemed to have no interest after it was over. NASCAR.com, ESPN, and Y-Tube has footage of the wrecks if you want to see them and thank God Ryan Newman was okay because they sure were in no rush to get him out of the car. J.J. has huge points lead now.

If you watched the broadcast, the announcers said the crew likely new (probably via radio communications) that Newman was OK and they could get him out easier by flipping the car over. If he was seriously injured or not responding, they probably would've worked harder to extricate him immediately.

Yeah, I know, but still, well If I were in that car I would not want to stuck in there for 10 minutes after that kind of wreck. I'm sure Dave Despain will have some good thoughts on this on "Wind Tunnel".
I DVR'd it, switched to football and just watched the last 20 laps. What a snoozefest this was.
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.
