I have downloaded several Ben Kweller songs off the net (ooooh, evil) and was wondering if anyone else has heard any of his stuff. Normally, I don't listen to mellow-pop, but when I do, this is the style I enjoy. The question is, do any of you have his cd or know someone who does, and if so, is it worth the purchase?

Is Brooklyn in the house? Yes, yes I think it is.

My friend Georgy bought his album and really likes it. I saw him open for Jeff Tweedy last year (actually, I skipped No Way Out `01 for that show) and enjoyed his set.

He was the singer for the "next-Silverchair-of-`97" band Radish, ya know.

Yeah, and before that he was the frontman for the "next Nirvana 1995" band Radish. But that spot was mysteriously taken by Silverchair.
