Second whole heartedly the Guru. While on the subject, this year australians and argentinians are VERY good and usually on the cheap end. Please try any of the Australian whites and Shiraz. From Argentina, the chardonnays are awesome. Enjoy.

The folks above are correct. Definitely keep it in the fridge. Problems typically only set in when wine goes through fluctuations in temperature and humidity. The most important thing is keeping it's environment consistant, so, since it's in the fridge now, leave it in the fridge 'til you are going to drink it.

I'm also a "wine professional," and I have to wonder how long you've had it IN the fridge. I'd always caution against keeping white wines in the fridge for too long, as eventually the cork will take on too much moisture and ruin the wine. Toss a white wine in an ice bucket a good hour before you drink it, says I.
