So this is really random, but I'm curious. Did ECW ever run the following angle in one of their elimination triple threat matches, and if so what was the resolution?

A champion is the first one pinned, then the two remaining combatants somehow go to a draw (both get knocked out, time limit if one is established, whatever).

I'm particularly interested in the resolution. I think this could have been a great angle for two faces who wanted to fight one-on-one for the title, but have to deal with a heel champ who thinks he should still be in the picture because there was no winner the first time.

At least it's somebody new. I'd much rather see somebody with an upside get pushed than stale old Big Show, or Test. The problem with Brock is that fans still see him as a Goldberg ripoff.
