So we all know that every NFL team has to face the dreaded salary cap ($75 million per team per season if I'm not mistaken) ...
My question is ... Does the league enforce any kind of cap when it comes to the salaries of coaches? Do they say "you can only spend X amount on an entire coaching staff" or is it free reign?
