Predictions:
Germany over Argentina - The stadium's gonna be loud for this one. It SHOULD be the most exciting match in the quarters.
Italy over Ukraine - Ukraine has gotten ridiculously far considering how bad they've been playing in this Cup. Their luck of the draw ends with Italy.
England over Portugal - As I said before, it's the only blood of mine still in it, so I'm pulling for England. To be honest, I have to force myself to care about this game.
Brazil over France - See Germany/Austria. Zidane's last game, let's hope it's a good one.

Picks:
Germany over Argentina: 3-2
All my favorite teams lose so it's inevitable that the home nation will take this one. I'm thinking a Klose goal in Extra Time.
Italy over Ukraine: 2-0
The refs will once again be on Italy's side here giving them another pk that they will convert. Then they'll get a late goal to win this one.
England over Portugal: 1-0
With Portugal missing Deco and Ronaldo hurt, they are gonna have a hard time scoring. Lamphard will get the England goal here sometime in the second half.
France over Brazil: 3-1
I couldn't pick all the favorites. France will once again take out Brazil in a huge world cup game and Zidane will get a goal and the chance to play in once more game.
