In honor of today's banner, and my first webcam, could anyone point me to a (hopefully free) QR reader, and/or some neat augmented reality QR codes?

I found something generically called "QR reader" but I believe it just does plain text (at least if you point it at today's banner)

I've had this problem in the past when working with a KVM (Keyboard, Video, Monitor) switch. In that case, it was related to the cable that I was using for the monitor. Is this a monitor where you can easily switch out the cable?
