Biggest shock is, needless to say, Undertaker at #2. I don't know what the rankings are based on, but #2 is WAY overrated for an old cripple. But honorable mention for biggest shock goes to Matt Hardy at #25. I've always felt the guy was underrated and it's nice to see him getting recognition.

Savage was DLC in WWE 13 and Goldberg was in 2k14. Neither have been inducted in the HoF which would be a much bigger deal so hopefully WWE inc. continues to see that rebuilding bridges is a good thing.
