The latest PWI has the women's equivalent of the 500 out with the female 50.they are only ranking women who regularly wrestle in the US so there are alot of wrestlers who could be on a world-wide list not recognized. some of the placements are a little surprising but it is afterall a pwi list. The Divas and Konockouts dominate the top 20 but Shimmer wins out overall in representation. I guess the most "controversial" aspects are the WWE Divas Not on the list and lack of recoginition of Mexican and Japanese wrestlers. Overall I'd say it's a realatively fair assesment of the women's scene in the US. There is alot of talent out there and I'd really like to see someone put some money into a Shimmer TV show. I do give kudos to TNA for allowing their stars to continue wrestling for Shimmer. here are the rankings.

Rosa Mendez (Roucka) WWE Raw
I have seen Jessie McKay (#49) in CZW a couple of times and in Chikara, and she was great in every appearance. Having her next to Rosa Mendez (#50) of all people is a shame. And if they went for sheer workrate, Sara Del Ray would be top three at the very least, perhaps even number one.
"Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny Click Here (myspace.com)
Watch for Madison Eagles, #31 on this list. She could be a major breakout star if TNA or WWE ever decided to sign her up and not make her Outback Jackie. The only thing I can compare her to is the first time I saw Mike Awesome. This very big worker who flies around with the agility of a cruiserweight but has the strength of a power wrestler.
Also, unlikely ever to be signed, but Wesna Busic is just an amazing worker. Her matches with Amazing Kong, Lufisto, and Cheerleader Melissa were some of the best I've seen of either gender the last few years.
Lastly, Portia Perez is my favorite heel in the world right now. And Nicole Matthews is going to be a star very soon.

She posted on (and was much more active on) another board I'm a member of, and made it known she was beginning to train to be a wrestler (this was a few years ago). She would check in every now & then, but she hasn't been active on that other board for at least a year.

Thought that might be something like that Gracias.
Holy crap, Charlie Haas KILLED Lilian Garcia! What was worse, Sandman's missing cane shots or Sabu's not-even-close-to-a-Arabian facebuster? The answer, of course, is the fact that they repeatedly replayed BOTH of them.
