Accordinf to TK, early on in the planning of the show, it was almost a three man show: TK, Wilbon and Lupica.

Fortunately, for all sane viewers, the Little General made outrageous demands on the Four Letter and they told him to pound sand.

And you thought Mariotti this week was bad?

I don't mind Lupica....I remember when he had a talk show on the deuce in the mid-90's (I think?). I can see how some people don't like him, though.

I think PTI is better-designed as a 2-man show anyway.

And it was better designed as a 30-minute show. I almost have to wait until it airs on ESPNews so I don't have to wait for the end. Yeesh.

It is a good rule in life never to apologize. The right sort of people do not want apologies, and the wrong sort take a mean advantage of them.

Speaking of ESPN, the new Steven A. Smith show is actually pretty good, I like that they actually go indepth with the guest and let them go all out if they want. I do wonder as time passes and big time guest stop coming how the show will work.

Still hating the PTI overlap, for example yesterday it started after the plus 15 mins I added in the TiVo...people keep it half an hour!!!

Probably the same as it does now, that being Oprah for the ESPN set.

amazingly cool.

When I get back from vacation, I'll have time to do a big write-up.

that said, I got the booby prize at the golf because I took a bump, got hardway juice and did the JOB to a cart path on the 14th hole.

My first memories of Jack Palance were when he hosted Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and when he played a villain on an episode of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. Still, some fond memories, as I loved both shows when I was a kid. RIP Jack Palance
