DLC of interest:

magazine
- Pulse 01/29 {free}

price change
- Burnout Paradise drops to $20

new games
- Bejeweled 2 {$10}
- Savage Moon {$10}
- Brain Challenge PS3/PSP combo {$15}

add-ons
- LBC pay/free costumes
- Skate 2 advanced replay video controls
- Disgaea 3 (additional characters for $2}
- Rock Band: Grateful Dead
- Guitar Hero: Oasis
- free add-ons for Lord of the Rings and Mirror's Edge

On the shelves:

Nothing!

On the radar (for me): Burnout DLC is supposed to be out this week. They haven't announced the price for the paid content, but given they just dropped the download $10, that's a fine guess.

Hey, James, thoughts on the new *fanboy.com/joystiq.com format?

I never bother with Joystiq proper, just the subsites - and from there, only their RSS feeds. Those seem to be working fine so I have no real complaints. I haven't tried doing up the lists of this week's Xbox 360, Wii, and DS releases yet, so we'll see if there's any difference there.

What I was referring to is what trademark law calls nominative fair use. Basically, you can use someone else's trademark if your use is actually talking about the product or service related to that trademark.
