Maybe...it's just me.

But, since the new version got pushed out, I've had a problem with the Firefox process staying active even after the browser is closed. And of course, Firefox won't run again until I use Task Manager to kill the old process.

Anybody else seen this?

Some sites freeze my Firefox. Only in those cases, when I close the window, I have to go to the task manager to kill it off completely.

But if I close the window normally (not because of a freeze), I dont have this problem.

NOW you've done it

You wanted the best, you got... Out of Context Quote of the Week.

Mine's been doing that for a while. Combine that with a memory leak and you've got some creamy goodness right there. Haven't been able to pin down any causes, though.

I have a Targus chill mat on my two year old Alienware gaming laptop and in the last few months, my laptop will shut down from excessive heat. I've had the chill mat since day one and never had problems until now.
