You should probably leave it like that. Rob Zombie's Halloween was not good, and I have zero attachment to the original so that's not just an anti-remake person talking.
Though the only thing I've seen of this new one is the poster, that poster looks really cool. I like dinosaurs, crazy bearded guys, machine-gun toting dudes in vests, and nearly topless women. It appears this film will have all of them.

Sadly, I'm pretty sure there's not going to be dinosaurs in the movie- it's based on a comic Zombie did, and the main character's name is Rex. It was a "wrestler pursued by bikers" kind of thing- no dinosaurs involved I don't think.
Still looks totally cool, imo.
