Mind you I haven't checked this out in... well a very very long time, but most of these web travel places have phone numbers you can call (or at least they did a long time ago) and they might have an alternative way of getting them payment when contacted (though pre-paid credit card is probably the easiest)

Concerning your travel question: if you have any family out here, maybe they can book the flight for you.
The country itself is fine, though the overwhelming number of sex tourists who come here to prey on young girls is really disheartening. They're everywhere. In every bar I go to, in every restaurant I eat at, on every street corner.
But it has gotten significantly more expensive to live here just in the year I've been here, not to mention the past decade since fighting stopped in this country. But in my case, the employees at the newspaper I work at are making the same wages they were in 1993, when it was dirt cheap to live here, so I haven't gotten to see much of the country because I spend more than half my monthly salary on rent and another quarter of it on food.
Though I enjoy his writing, I didn't realize Bill Simmons had or needed an intern. I just figured he watched sports at home, then emailed his columns in to ESPN from there. I never imagined him having an actual office or desk.
