I say pretty sure because good old TSN (The Sports Network up here in Canada and an affiliate of ESPN) cut away to crowd shots lest anyone be offended by fake violence on an entertainment show. On a not-very-related note, what does ESPN stand for anyway? Is it Entertaining Sports Programming Network or something?

Btw..HHH COULD be a possibility.
Remember when the world was happy and HHH was god, and he told Trish how to do a hammerlock reversal? And Steph suspected something? Trish was basically the 4th person in the love triangle for a bit..
(And btw, I still yell 'reach between the legs' whenever someone cannot get out of a hammerlock')

Don't really know if going into detail here is the right place because we all know a wrestling messageboard is no place for wild speculation and innuendo (oh I just think I got myself a new sig..lol)
Just some stories I heard about the two being inseparable(ie during the split all the girls choose to stick with their b/f. Trish wanted to be on Lil's show) and they both publicly admit they are best friends and travel partners and Lil in a interview actually called Trish her "female soulmate" (oh my)and on MuchMusic Trish asked who her best friends are in the WWE she said Lil's is "Her girl and they do their thing" (double oh my) and some stuff WWF did themselves that looked like inside jokes/ hints between Trish/Lil on TV(Rock asks Lil if she likes pie she answers "sure sometimes" Rock replies "I thought so" lol and Steph pushing Lil into Trish during one of their match after WM X7. etc) among other stuff including the extra happy Lil whenever Trish enters the ring first.
But again it might just be my over-active imagination which spread to dmp (and others)... My favourite Lil/Trish story is an oldie but a goodie. When Trish first started taking bumps, WWE wanted her to take another bump and Lilian spoke up and said "Trish was really hurting bad last night, I don't think she should take a bump". Bad move Lil either Chyna or Triple H (sources vary but I heard chyna more) yelled at her to mind her business and stick of "oh say can you see" which made Lilian cry *jihad on Chyna*.
But Lilian got her revenge a couple of weeks later when Trish/Triple H came out together for a tag match (when 2 single wrestlers come out you mention the more important guy last, it's just seems like that's the way it is) well Lilian introduced the team of "triple h and TRISH SSSSTRATUS"(she was still a heel at the time and not really taken that seriously so it was extra funny that her name was pushed more) and JR was perfect he picked up on it right away and said "Wow not a good day for Triple H he even got second billing to Trish" LOL
Wow I really went of on a tangent there...lol... Well back to somewhat on topic. How annoying is a company that has no sense of history and never book anything to do with something that happened more then a year ago BUT they keep throwing that uncomfortable Trish/ Vince angle back at our faces every time and even worse the Trish barking/ public rape in front of a huge audience. Can the WWE please erase that from their memory banks like the erase everything else.
