I'll give you a buck and a half.

"Glitter's" already out on DVD!

I did not buy it!

I think that's what would make the tour interesting if it were to happen that way. Of course, if they simply let DLR back in, that would do huge box office anyways.

I'm so sick of bands reuniting their "classic" lineups just to cash in on half baked nostalgia crazes.

If Gary Cherone didn't work out then the last thing VH should do is reunite with either Dave or Sammy. Kiss did it and it sucked... Iron Maiden did it and it sucked... Black Sabbath did it and it didn't suck but it meant they would never play some of their best songs (Heaven and Hell, The Headless Cross, The Mob Rules etc.) again... which sucks!

My point is... reunions suck! Bands should move forward and stop trying to relive their so-called glory days.

In a painful fit of irony on this very thread, the daily syndicated version of "The Weakest Link" brought us the following trivia question today...

Q - Who has had more number one hit singles...Van Halen or Milli Vanilli?

A - Milli Vanilli.

Pointless yes, but OUCH.

You forgot about the biggest band that should just give it up: KISS! I mean, really! They were "the baddest, the best, etc." back in the 1970s. Now, they are only there because so many people demand to see old guys in costume, in make-up, missing notes, and doing the same things they did in 1977. And the nostalgia merch? Two words: KISS COFFINS. KISS should just go away-they "jumped the shark" so many times, the shark is tired of being jumped over.

Didn't know anyone outside of CT was aware of the guy, never mind that he posted reviews on YouTube. Pretty good show, the few times I've caught it on public radio here.
