I watched it because it had Dina Meyer in it and I haven't seen her in something in, like, forever. The first episode was indeed sloooow, but it is the first episode in a series that has most likely a lot more plot and backstory than say, The OC. The second episode, for what it's worth, was about five times more exciting and it really started some momentum that was nonexistent in the premiere.
Was it just me, or did everyone else wish that Christina would just set Jesse on fire every scene he was in. That guy's acting is so annoyingly bad that it drags down every scene he is in. The rest of the cast seems pretty good though. Dina Meyer is indeed awesome in this and I'll probably continue to watch the show despite its flaws.
A shark on whiskey is mighty risky, a shark on bear is a bear engineer.
Well, there's a huge difference between TNT on cable and Fox on cable. Namely, for that dollar per subscriber the cable company gets a certain amount of ad time every hour. That can be substantial revenue for the cable company.
