The Giants will actually clinch with a win OR a Dallas loss. A win makes them 12-1, 5-0 within the division with 1 division game left, and the best Dallas can do at this point is 12-4, 4-2 in the East. A Dallas loss apparently gives the Giants a win in the common opponents tiebreaker.

 Believe it or not, if the Packers tie either the Bears, Vikings, or both with a 9-7 record at the end of the season, the Pack wins the NFC North.

Sweet, thanks for the catch. You should see my notes when I'm doing all these clinching scenarios by hand. I knew that something didn't feel right about that one.
