Pistons get Arroyo, Jazz get Elden Campbell and a post-2006 first round pick and I get bummed for having to root against Arroyo (him and Raja Bell are the only two Golden Panthers in the NBA) down the stretch and in the playoffs.
It's also pretty good point guard insurance for Detroit.

It's incredible the Sloan-Arroyo debacle that ended in this trade. From a hot start at PG to 4th option at the bench in less than a month. Local papers were bugging Arroyo and Sloan for details of what happened, and sure enough both were saying just some "miscomunication". By this trade, seems it was much more than that. Hopefully the Pistons will use Carlos in a better manner. I still say Houston would've been a better choice for trade... Arroyo, TMac and Yao...nice little international trio right there.

The #1 pick WILL end up where it belongs, the home of basketball's best laughingstocks, DA BULLS! And when we get it, I will be unhappy with anyone except one pick. I want Yao Ming.
