|  #1 Posted on 3.6.06 0031.22 | Instant Rating: 8.86 | Friday night I took advantage of the one night a year that they open up the old (decommissioned for over 40 years) former water tower known as the "Witch's Hat" and let people look out upon a pretty darn good view of the Twin Cities after climbing 114 steps. Rather than bore you with the same pictures of a stunning view you can easily find on OTHER sites, here instead is my clumsy attempt at a very boring 360 panorama (imagen.CRZ.net) (218K JPEG) instead.
Apparently people like to say this is the one that inspired Dylan to write "All Along the Watchtower." I don't know that I buy that.
