Agreed! That shot is quite awesome.
FWIW, I love the close-up of Saba Simba, too.
I went to a house show in September 1989 and brought my camera along. I was really disappointed by the pictures I got, though. Poor lighting, too far away and you couldn't make out more than the ring and maybe the hand of the guy in front of me. I had one of those old cameras that you had to crank between shots-- a "110". Does that sound right?
Some of the pics you have are what I had hoped for. My show also had the Widow Maker, Superfly and Brain Busters vs. Demolition. So I can pretend we were at the same show, you got the shots I wanted and I'm finally seeing them after all these years. Excellent job.
sadly, I spent a lot of time going "dead, dead, both dead..." That's a bit of a sad commentary on the era.
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

This is the Classic Lucha 1993 Volume 1 tape from wrestleholics. I was going to watch some TV that featured "Tiger Man" (take a guess what that was ripping off) from 1993, but the VQ had pretty much deteriorated to unwatchableness. 1.
