Who on here lives in Philly? You are some lucky bastards with this news.

However, I guess this is 'big brothers' way of seeing who looks up tentacle rape porn and downloads illegal music so they can put a stop to it easier, which is bad for the hentai loving, music stealing users.

It's neat but doing stuff on a huge citywide wireless network would mean a bigger need to really lock down your PC while you're on it. Having hackers on the same subnet bothers me.
