This came out Friday and I watched it last night. I...was kinda bored? Maybe I'm not as into Pee-Wee as I thought I was...as it sounds like some other folks' sides were splitting from hilarity but I just wasn't there.

Anybody else see it? What did you think?

I really enjoyed it. I went in a little scared because I wasn't sure it could live up to the former movies, primarily Big Adventure.

It hit all the right spots for me. Sure, it was mostly a rehash of the other movies, but it worked. Joe Mangalalala was really good and I am always up for some Alia Shawkat.

Wait. He's the asshole? Who was it who threw him in a dark concrete box and sent in people to torture him and psychologically tweak and interrogate him? Henry gets a free ride with me for a long while basically because of that.
