John Cena vs. Ryback, Three Stages of Hell Match for the WWE Championship: If there was ever a time to give the belt to Ryback, it'd probably be here. That said, Cena wins and retains.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio, World Championship Match: Ziggler wins and retains. I wonder if they'll take it careful considering Ziggler's recent concussion.

Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton, Tag Team Championship Match: The guys tear the house down again, to the point where fans won't even care that Bryan and Orton lose the match.

Dean Ambrose vs. Kane, United States Championship Match: Ambrose wins and retains.

Wade Barrett vs. The Miz vs. Curtis Axel, Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship: We'll see how serious WWE is about pushing Axel. I figured Fandango would've won here, so his replacement, Axel, wins too.

Kaitlyn vs. A.J, Divas Championship Match: Kaitlyn dominates the match but A.J. sneaks in a win and the title.

Chris Jericho vs. C.M. Punk: Strangely, not listed on WWE.com even though they had a contract signing and they've shown a graphic for the match. If it happens, Punk wins.

So...this is pretty much a Night of Champions, too.

Ladies and gentlemen, the following public service message is brought to you by your friends from D-Generation X, who would like to remind each and every one of you that if you're not down with that, we've got two words for you...

Cena vs. Ryback: Ryback's acquitted himself as a heel better than I thought he would, but Cena wins and moves on (to hopefully Bryan as the rumors have stated).

Ziggler vs. Del Rio: Zero point in waiting for Ziggler to be healthy if you were just going to take the belt off him here. Ziggler retains, but I can see a Del Rio by DQ finish here.

Bryan/Orton vs. Rollins/Reigns: Obviously way too soon to cut bait on the Shield. Only question really is if they go ahead finally with Orton's heel turn, but if the rumors of Cena vs. Bryan for next month are true, it makes more sense for Orton to heel out on someone else (like Sheamus as rumor went months ago as opposed to weeks ago).

Ambrose vs. Kane: Ambrose retains clean. Would've said Kane by DQ if they hadn't already booked that finish tonight.

Barrett vs. Miz vs. Axel: Barrett retains, as I'm not so sure the plan ever was to move the belt to Fandango here before his concussion, and they definitely need to have Axel actually pick up an actual win or two before they throw a belt on him.

Kaitlyn vs. AJ: AJ wins the belt when Kaitlyn lets her emotions get the best of her and leaves herself open for something.

Jericho vs. Punk: Jericho beats Punk clean in the match of the night, which gets the gears in Heyman's head turning towards his eventual turn on Punk via Lesnar (but again, hopefully not without a Shield vs. Punk/Lesnar match first).

And let's not forget the pre-show... Sheamus over Sandow, even though in terms of who they SHOULD be pushing, it should be the other way around.

While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.

John Cena vs. Ryback, Three Stages of Hell Match for the WWE Championship: Ryback, for no other reason than the WWE hasn't really given this much TV time at all.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio, World Championship Match: Ziggler, since this is the legit start to the ADR/Ziggler program.

Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton, Tag Team Championship Match: Shield, duh. They wouldn't break apart team Hell No to have Bryan and Orton run around with the belts.

Dean Ambrose vs. Kane, United States Championship Match: Kane by DQ sounds the most feasible.

Wade Barrett vs. The Miz vs. Curtis Axel, Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Axel. He's the hot new thing in the match, much like Fandango was.

Kaitlyn vs. A.J, Divas Championship Match: AJ

Chris Jericho vs. C.M. Punk: I honestly have no clue. Top to bottom this show has some promise, but this one I can't pick. It's a new animal to me, the only thing like it before was DiBiase promising the Undertaker to deliver a fake, and you can't do a fake Punk, right?

Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns

Dean Ambrose

Curtis Axel wins the Intercontinental Championship to apathy

Kaitlyn (I also predict this will be one of the better Diva's matches we have seen in months if given enough time)

Chris Jericho vs. C.M. Punk: I get the strangest feeling this will be a swerve and the match won't happen. Don't know who will replace Punk, but I don't think he is returning at Payback.

John Cena vs. Ryback, Three Stages of Hell Match for the WWE Championship: Cena.  There's better people he can lose to and Ryback just isn't making the impression that he could.  If Ryback wins at all, it's like when Kane beat Austin and his reign doesn't last very long.  Maybe Bryan beats him the next night on RAW. Ryback wins the first fall to look strong, then Cena wins two straight.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio, World Championship Match: Del Rio feels like another lameduck like Ryback.  I think they try and make things work with Ziggler for the time being and if his concussion gets in the way, he loses later down the road.

Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton, Tag Team Championship Match: I don't think The Shield loses quite yet.  Great, interesting matchup here, though.

Dean Ambrose vs. Kane, United States Championship Match: Ambrose.

Wade Barrett vs. The Miz vs. Curtis Axel, Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship: I feel like it's too early for Axel to win the IC Title, even though he's been around before, but I think that if any title changes hands here, it's this one.  Axel.

Kaitlyn vs. A.J, Divas Championship Match: AJ wins.

Chris Jericho vs. C.M. Punk:  Match doesn't really wind up happening, but CM Punk does make an appearance.  Maybe Jericho wins by DQ when Punk gets himself disqualified less than a minute into the match?  Jericho, either by forefit or something that involves Punk not really wrestling.

John Cena vs. Ryback, Three Stages of Hell Match for the WWE Championship: Cena wins two falls to one and (hopefully) moves on to that rumoured feud with Daniel Bryan.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio, World Championship Match: Ziggler retains.

Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton, Tag Team Championship Match: I sincerely hope they don't do something stupid like turn Bryan heel. Shield retain with Orton being pinned by Reigns.

Dean Ambrose vs. Kane, United States Championship Match: Ambrose sneaks out a win.

Wade Barrett vs. The Miz vs. Curtis Axel, Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship: What happened to Fandango? Axel gets the win and the title and shunted back down to the mid card as a result.

Kaitlyn vs. A.J, Divas Championship Match: AJ cheats to win so Kaitlyn can chase her all the way to SummerSlam.

Chris Jericho vs. C.M. Punk: I still don't believe we're actually gonna get the match. Maybe Jericho turns heel and reveals this was all a ruse to troll Punk's hometown and announce that Heyman is dumping Punk and will be representing Jericho from now on. Punk then runs through Axel and Jericho when he finally does return (as a face) in time for a SummerSlam showdown with Brock. If the match actually does happen, then Punk loses to kick-start the above.

Pre-Show: Sheamus vs Damien Sandow: Sheamus wins handily.
