You'll be really disappointed when you watch your tape!

| #22 Posted on 12.3.02 1510.42 | And my dad tells me WWF is trash. And why the hell is this called celebrity boxing? None of the people fighting are celebrities. Some of them are has-beens, criminals, sluts, etc. However, not a single one is a celebrity.

| #23 Posted on 14.3.02 0025.51 | I watched about two minutes of Vanilla getting his ass kicked, and Tonya sucker punching Paula. I guess it was fun for what it was. Which was trash.
Plus, Tank Abbott. Wonder if he's still down with Three Count.

Everybody's looking to say that Tonya "sucker punched" Paula, but come on... she was in the middle of swinging, and all of a sudden Paula turned around. I know everyone wants to see Tonya doing something dirty, but that was NOT her fault! And maybe Tank should have taught Vanilla how to punch instead of how to dance. | Slestak

| #25 Posted on 14.3.02 0848.00 | I'm such a lucky guy. Not only did I see Tank on Celebrity Boxing, I also saw him on a Friends rerun (the one where Jon Favreau decides to enter the UFC).
Woo-hoo! Two Tank sightings in one day!

I'm still wondering if I made the right choice by skipping the Divas special, though.

| #27 Posted on 14.3.02 1245.37 | I literally only caught about a minute of this. I was watching a movie and, when it got over, Fox was on and I realized that I'd completely forgotten that Celebrity Boxing was on at the time. But what I saw was so funny that I realized the show couldn't possibly top it, so I turned it off.
It was during the Tale of the Tape for Bridges vs. Van Winkle (heh heh), and the play by play guy said that they were matched up pretty evenly, but Todd Bridges clearly had the advantage in terms of experience because..."he met Muhammed Ali once."
FOX!
I want "celebrity box" to become an everyday term. People shouldn't say "let's step outside" or anything when they want to fight anymore, they should say "You keep this up and I'll celebrity box the crap out of you, man" or something to that effect. | | Pages: Prev 1 2
