I didn't expect this one. Without him and Bruschi, as well as the departure of the coaching staff, the 2-time defending champs may have a tough season ahead of them.

Belichik and Brady are awesome, but not good enough to overcome this.

I heard the same arguments after Milloy left. Same with Ted Washington. With Ted Johnson, he did have a resurgance last year but the past 2 Super Bowl winning teams for the Pats before last year he was out most of the time due to injury, and I say that with all the respect due Johnson. He was one of my fsvorites. Don't count out the Pats just yet.

This was one of my favorite games not involving my own team ever. Up there with the Red Sox/Yankees in '04 and the Patriots/Rams Super Bowl (little did we know the evil that would be spawned). Couldn't one say that about the Chargers game too?
