Yeah, I love me some Community, but I think P&R is hitting it out of the park and rec nearly every week. The thing that really gets me is that there's nothing over the top about the episodes (compared with Community's Zombies, Paint Ball, etc) - they're just well written and well acted and funny as hell.
When did Donna become one of my favorite characters? Did she have any lines in the first season? What - maybe two or three lines in season 2? Snitches get stitches.
Ron dancing with that stupid hat, Jean Ralphio's inability to rap (everything he does is gold), Andy as Burt Macklin (to think they nearly wrote this character out after season 1), Tom's entrepreneurial ideas, and tying Jerry to the roof of the Mercedes... all funny as hell. The Douche was great as well.
The second episode was really about Ben and Leslie, but I've finally turned the corner on Rob Lowe. I have a visceral dislike of him, but I think I'm finally over it. I, literally, think he's one of the best things about the show. And the pit song making a comeback was pretty great.
NBC beat the Internets to the punch and made their own animated GIF of what everyone would want...it's almost like the P&R crew filmed this solely for the animated GIF to follow. "The Fight" was outstanding (and written by Amy Poehler!)
The sight of Chris playing air banjo in the car was priceless too.

The outfit(s) Ann was wearing in "Road Trip" literally made me salivate. And rewind the DVR.
In "The Fight", the cutaway to with Ben looking at Ann's front yard was phenomenal.
