The show just keeps on getting better, and it's universe is expanding as well. I loved Joe the Creepy Sewage Guy. And there is someone who even Jerry can pick on - Kyle!

This episode was okay for me, with the A plot on Leslie being boring, but the B stuff with Ron and Chris was pretty great ("go for the pinwheel").
This season just hasn't really worked much for me though. I don't know exactly why, since I have generally enjoyed Adam Scott and Rob Lowe, but it just hasn't gelled like season 2 did. I do think part of it has been because of the lessening of stories for Tom "N" Haverford.
Still, P and R at a 75% funny quotient is better than most everything else comedy-wise on TV, so I'm not really complaining mind you.
