So the Super Bowl matchup is set. I'm not at all looking forward to the "Gruden vs. Raiders" hype I am sure to hear all week, as I think it means nothing and really couldn't care less.
As for the game itself, I think the Raiders offense plays right into the hands of the Bucs defense. Oakland doesn't run the ball, and the Bucs are an awesome pass defense team. The Raiders are going to put points on the board, but I feel confident the Bucs can stop their attack.
On the other side of the ball, the Bucs offense has been running smoothly in the postseason, including moving the ball well against the only defense in the NFL that can rival their own in Philly. The Bucs short passing game should be enough against a Raider defense that will probably stuff the Tampa Bay ground game.
DA RAYDEZZZZZZZZZ take it 37 (4 td's + 4 xp's + 3 fg's) - 24 (1 fg + 3 td's + 3 xp's)

Well, this thread went from Bucs vs. Rams to Packers vs. Broncos. Now, that *is* a Super Bowl matchup, but not this year's (and, quite frankly, it's a Super Bowl the Packer faithful would rather forget). Third time's a charm?

Talk about no respect from the Bucsfan, Bucs vs. Rams, Raiders 34 Bucs 20

Oakland likes to throw. The Bucs secondary is pretty damn good. The Raiders could run, but generally don't. Still...with Garner, Rice, Brown, and Porter, they're gonna score points. The Bucs offense is playing better than it has all year. The Raiders defense? Not so good, with all the injuries.
Maybe I could pick on who's gonna raise my level of aggravation this week: Warren Sapp, or anyone associated with Oakland who whines about Gruden leaving?
Eh...I'll pick on a whim. Oakland, 24-20.
Power flows to the one who knows how -- desire alone is not enough.
Gilbert Brown steals Rikishi's finisher, shredding Terrell Davis's knee but good. Pack 28-17...
...but at Return to Titletown II (big party parading Coach Lombardi's trophy around Lambeau Field), Holmgren and Wolf come to blows over who gets the credit. Build to a Holmgren/Wolf "briefcase-on-a-pole" match at WM (in Seattle...ha!), reffed by Bob Harlan. Favre does a run-in with the Lombardi Trophy, and clobbers...who?

What were you drinking when you made this thread. I'm not talking about the title but your prediction. lol. Great this looks like the official SuperBowl prediction thread and we can't even get the correct teams on the title. We truly are a bunch of wieners
Raiders 24, Bucs 20. It's got a chance to be a real great game.

Initially it said Bucs vs. Rams, then someone thought they would play a joke.
Well we can all stop debating, last night the playstation tourney was held and if the past 7 years are any indication the Raiders are going to lose. Im going to go hang myself.

The Cardinals also benefited the most from not turning the ball over as much and passing the ball much better. That was quite a performance against a top rated pass defense.
